Car Door Handle FEM Model Creation and Validation for Crash Simulations
Raffai, Peter ; Korouš, Jan (referee) ; Ramík, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this master’s thesis was to create a component model of a door handle stiffener used by the Volkswagen concern, which can be used for crash computations. Also to tune its parameters the way, its behavior corresponds the most to the real part’s. In the theoretical part the current regulations of the Euro NCAP are presented, concerning the testing and evaluation of the passive safety of new vehicles. Attention is focused on the evaluation of the side impact barrier tests, where the effect of the door handle stiffener’s damage is reflected the most. Shown are the reasons for the effort to simulate the real behavior of the stiffener, the factors, which initialized the born of the studied problem. The practical part starts with the creation of the FEM mesh of the part based on its 3D CAD model, also describes the requirements for the mesh quality, as well as the used tools and methods. Further on investigated are the characters of real damages of the door handle area during side impacts, based on which the component tests are proposed for the validation of the simulation model. Experimental research consists of the stiffener’s testing for simple bend and twist loads, three specimens each. After the execution of the tests the results get compared with the corresponding simulations. Modifications are made on the model according to the acquired results: refinement of the FEM mesh, new material model usage with failure for shell elements and definition of real material characteristics for the used thermoplastics. The latest obtained simulation dependencies are compared with the measured values again, the results are evaluated at last.
Accuracy of the method for assessment of allergenic aroma compounds
Rychetský, Matěj ; Hrstka, Miroslav (referee) ; Vítová, Eva (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the verification of the accurancy of the method for determination of potentially allergenic substances in confectionery. In the theoretical part the synthetic and natural fragrances, which are present in foodstuffs are described. Furthermore, the method of solid phase microextraction in connection with gas chromatography with mass spectrometry, which was used in the measurement, is briefly characterized. Finally, the basic criteria measured in the validation of the analytical method are described. In the experimental part, the repeatability and reproducibility of the HS-SPME-GC-MS method for the determination of potentially allergenic substances in candy samples was verified. It was found by the measurement that the used method is suitable for qualitative determination (based on retention times), but the method shows minor inaccurancies in quantitative determination (determination based on peaks area) and it will be improved in following experiments.
Methodology Development and Validation of Software for Safety-Related Parts of Control Systems in Theater Technique
Drlík, Michal ; Suchánek, Rostislav (referee) ; Sinay, Juraj (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
This thesis describes what the theatre is and what types of machinery can be found there. Then the issue of stage technical machinery is presented into the czech context, respectively into the Europian legislation with the emphasis on the technical norms usage, which are necessary to fulfil in order to reach this aim. In the next part of the thesis is made the analysis of control systems, which are used in the stage technics with the emphasis on the functionality of these control systems, since this functionality determines number and range of possible danger and dangerous events, later on. These dangerous situations are named and specified in detail, thereby their existence, importance and necessity of solution is being emphasized. There is also a possible solution outlined that these dangerous events can be solved in many cases by using of these programmable systems relating to the safety, thereby safety functions realized by these functions. Then the single steps are described into V-model with appropriate documents of these V-model steps. Outcome of this thesis will be suggested model of method and its development and software validation for programmable and control systems in theatre technology.
The comparison of analytical method ČSN with the methods US EPA by the analysis of aqueous samples
Bělicová, Marie ; Mega, Jaroslav (referee) ; Němcová, Vladimíra (advisor)
The theses compares analytical methods according to current norms used in the Czech Republic to the methods based on the principle according to US EPA. A new device the automatic photometer Aquakem 250 makes use of the US EPA methods. Prior to its laboratory use in the Institute of Public Health in the town of Ostrava the photometer had to be validated. For the comparsion of the analytical methods ion chromatographic, isotachophoresis, spectrophotometric, titrimetric methods were used. The validation process, which was documented (in validation protocols), was time consuming and technically challenging. It was confirmed that the new Aquakem 250 analyzer provides result that are verified by methods which are in accordance with norms applicable in the Czech Republic. After a successful completion of validation and obtained accreditation the new automatic analyzer was put into regular operation in the chemically laboratory.
The chosen validation parameters of method for assessment of aroma compounds in elderberries
Christovová, Silvia ; Ürgeová, Eva (referee) ; Vítová, Eva (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of aroma active compounds in elderberries (Sambucus nigra L.). In the theoretical part the chemical composition and attributes of elderberries are described. Brief information on their healing properties is also given. The possible processing methods in food industry, as well as the traditional means of use at home, are discussed furthermore. Following chapters describe the gas chromatography method combined with the technique of solid-phase microextraction, utilized for the specification of aroma active compounds. The validation of this method is also included. The aim of the experimental part of the work was to verify a set of the selected validation parameters of the SPME-GC method, specifically linearity, the limits of detection (LOD), the limits of quantification (LOQ) and repeatability. Subsequently, the SPME-GC method was applied on the chosen elderberry juice samples. In total, 37 different volatile aroma active compounds were identified and quantified, 15 of which belonged to alcohols, 9 to aldehydes, 5 to ketones, 5 to esters and 2 other compounds. The chemical composition of individual samples was not uniform; no single sample contained all of the identified compounds.
Ventilation of a cytostatic laboratory
Kicko, Peter ; Štětina, Josef (referee) ; Charvát, Pavel (advisor)
The main goal of this thesis is an introducing and guiding the reader with all important aspects of a proposal of ventilation system for cytostatics laboratory, from theoretical knowledge about the issue via familiarization with an appropriate legislative statute, a demonstration of relevant calculations needed for the project, a proposal in the form of technical reports as well. In this thesis the process of validation, which is needed for installed technology in the cleanroom, is also described. The thesis is supported by drawing documentation of real ventilation project for cytostatics laboratory, which follows the aforementioned technical report and calculations.
JSON Schema Maker
Prínos tejto práce spočíva v možnosti generovania výslednej schémy nad viacerými vzorkami JSON dokumentov bez nutnosti opakovaného používania aplikácie a následného zlučovania jednotlivých schém do výslednej schémy. Okrem toho poskytuje automatickú validáciu pri manipulácii či už so vstupom, alebo schémou, pričom poskytuje dodatočné informácie o prípadných chybách.
