Evaluate of individual and groups abilities in a football game

Title: Evaluate of individual and groups abilities in a football game. Objectives: Determine the level of playing skills of players of the Czech and Spanish teams in terms of older products based on video games and of course the video draw results. Methods: For this work I used the observational method is based on observation, namely the method of indirect observation. From the observation results and draw converts them via text and graphs in your Bachelor thesis. Results: In the assessment of individual gaming activities in terms of games I have concluded that between Czech and foreign team are significant differences not only in gaming activities in the adult soccer, but they are apparent already in the youth categories. Perhaps the biggest differences between the earlier of SK Slavia Praha and Espanyol Barcelona in passes I noticed, in personal combat, while the overall movement in the field. The diploma thesis "Individualization in Preschool and Elementary Education" deals with an individualized education of preschoolers and children at the primary school stage. It is a case study with direct observation, interviews and studying the relevant documents qualitatively examines in detail the individualization in a particular educational institution in order to gain insight into its real individualized learning using representative sample to clarify its meaning. The thesis has both theoretical and practical forms and is aimed at studying the possibility of the individualized learning. It analyzes a specific way of teachers' pedagogical work with preschool children and school children in primary education. The first chapter of the theoretical part is based on knowledge drawn from several information sources about the individualization as an organizational form of education and also on synthesis of findings from several pedagogical and psychological disciplines influencing individualized learning; the second chapter describes the basic terms, principles, types, systems and special organizations of individualized educational work. Motivation for learning of pupils at the end of primary school

The thesis is focused on issues of motivation for learning of pupils at the end of primary school. The first part of the thesis elaborates theoretical solutations to the process of the motivation for learning of pupils at school. It explains the definition of motivation in the pedagogical and psychological point of view. The thesis also introduces internal and external factors which are considered to create the motivation for learning. For the support of the motivation a teacher has to know the age specifics of the children, orientation of their personality and their learning style. The crucial sources of the motivation for learning are cognitive needs, social needs and achievement needs which participate in individual motivation orientation of children. In the case the needs are not developed or satisfied they may happen to be frustrated and manifested as boredom or fear. The action research in the second part ot the thesis watch which methods the class teacher uses to actualizate and develop the needs of her pupils. The complementary research is made with other teachers of the pupils at this age and investigates the competence to react to the motivation requirements of their pupils. The children{\crq}s leisure time is characterized as a time when children are free to choose an activity which they will perform on. It could be a drawing, molding, some cuttings, agglutination and/or composition. Paper, plasticine, colour-box, crayons, shoddy and skewers are used within children{\crq}s activities. The children{\crq}s needs are specific, according the children{\crq}s age; consequently they put different demands on individuals.
