Application for Escalating Information from Production Lines
Skalník, Marek ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (advisor)
The thesis deals with the development of mobile applications, current mobile operating systems and focuses on iOS programming. It also describes the main function of SAP ERP system, SAP ME system and their integration with SAP MII. It also mentions the way to communicate with SAP MII using web services. Finally, there is an analysis of mobile application requirements, implementation and testing. That application will collect and display KPI from work centers and, in the event of a decrease of any KPI, generate notifications for selected people.
Performance Data Collection of MES PHARIS
Oháňka, Martin ; Hruška, Martin (referee) ; Smrčka, Aleš (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with monitoring of automated tasks on integration servers and obtaining data from these tasks. Another area of this work is performance testing and to obtain information about hardware utilization from it. Thanks to this, it is possible to perform performance analysis of the implemented solution from different performance perspectives. The result of this master's thesis is a software solution that can obtain data about tasks from DevOps and Jenkins integration servers. In the area of performance testing, there is created a solution for parallel execution of tasks. The output of this work an output passed in JSON format. The data is then transferred to the Elastic platform, specifically Logstash, where it is subsequently visualized using Kibana. The Beat platform is used to collect data from performance testing. The solution was applied to the production information system MES PHARIS of the UNIS company.
Design and implementation of control applications capable to connect laboratory MES system
Dušek, Jakub ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to understand the ISA-95 standard and the manufacturing executing system (MES) based on this standard. Control application of discrete manufacturing controlling for PLC is then created and applied on a school device model. The thesis explains the ISA-95 standard and its influence on MES. The division and functions of MES according to ISA-95 are further described and explained. The theoretical part, the application of discrete manufacturing controlling for PLC is implemented on a drill model, simulating a segment of drilling. Structure of the software has been implemented in a way to correspond to the requirements given by MES and to be easily built upon.
Proposal of Part of Information System
Nobstová, Lada ; Klusák, Aleš (referee) ; Luhan, Jan (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the analysing of the current state and the design with the subsequent implementation of a partial segment of the information system in cooperation with the integration into the existing ERP system. This part of the information system is the production information system (MES) for a knitting hall. The design segment of the thesis describes the selected system and individual applications recommended for implementation, supplemented by analyses and materials for subsequent implementation.
Conversion of WinCC screens to manufacturing system COMES
Kárník, Jiří ; Štohl, Radek (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
Presented thesis describes visualization of industrial processes. It focuses especially on the conversion of visualized data between Siemens Simatic WinCC and XML format. Build-in script editor is used to do aforementioned operations. Conversion and implementation of the data to the MES system COMES is solved in the next section of the thesis. Thesis also contains analysis of both used industrial systems and solves graphic format selection, which will be used to display image data in system COMES
Data collection from the PLC to the MES system
Kárník, Jiří ; Zemánek, Pavel (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
This thesis describes functions of MES systems, specifically the system COMES from the COMPAS company. The thesis is focused on the transfer and archivation of data from industrial control systems.
