The Energy of a Flying Object Necessary for Damaging the Vehicle Windscreen
Havlík, Ondřej ; Tylšar, Vladimír (referee) ; Bradáč, Albert (advisor)
The theoretical part of the thesis entitled "The Required Energy of a Flying Object to Damage a Windscreen" covers the historical development of glass as a raw material and its further use as a key material for the automotive industry. In the following chapters, the thesis provides an analysis of a windscreen in general including the material composition of various windscreen manufacturers, the distribution according to the accessories used in the windscreens, and the various options of placing a windscreen in a car bodywork. The homologation of a windscreen and the procedure for replacing or repairing a windscreen after a damage is also covered. Lastly, the experimental part of the thesis describes the process of testing the required energy of a flying object to damage a windscreen.
Reconstruction and strengthening of reinforced concrete ceiling construction
Klimeš, Petr ; Zich, Miloš (referee) ; Perla, Jan (advisor)
The final thesis deals with strengthening of cast-in-place concrete ceiling in existing construction for couple of escalators. New prestressed beam, columns in new positions and strengthened girder with unbonded strands are building in this adjustments. Every member, including the existing construction, is verified for ultimate and serviceability limit state. Prestressed members are alternatively designed with bonded strands and these variants are comparison in terms of utilization and calculation.
Safe-life extension program for ZLIN Z 126 and 226 airplanes
Jančář, Milan ; Juračka, Jaroslav (referee) ; Augustin, Petr (advisor)
This master's thesis discusses the possibilities of safe-life extension program for ZLIN Z 126 and 226 airplanes, which despite their age and long-end production are still widespread and popular not only in the Czech Republic. The age of these aircraft is also related to the fact, that some aircraft are already approaching its border life, so there is an interest for the longest possible technical and legislative airworthiness. As mentioned in my bachelor's thesis, during the existence of this model series, there was no major damage occurred, except for sporadic exfoliation corrosion of wing flanges. Experience with maintenance of this aircraft points to certain underestimation of the current 5500hrs lifetime and it is obvious to suggest possible steps to increase the current limit. The thesis is therefore considered in this context the possibility of producing new wing flanges made of another material, performed the calculation for wing fatigue exchanged with flanges and designed technological process of this exchange, so that ZLIN Z 126 and 226 airplanes can be safely operated in the future.

Optimization of the lifecycle transformer 110/22 kV
Suk, Jiří ; Radil, Lukáš (referee) ; Krbal, Michal (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to describe the situation in transformation 110/22 kV in distribution area E.ON East. Next to describe the current practice in the replacement of 110/22 kV transformers and mention the possibilities of replacing the machines at the end of their lifecycle with respect to the development of the load of the individual transformer stations in the distribution area. An integral part of the thesis is also the economic evaluation of premature replacement of transformers from two different perspectives. The next point is to look at the current possibilities in the lifecycle lengthening of these devices and to suggest a method for monitoring the state of paper insulation to estimate the remaining lifetime of the transformer. The last point is the evaluation of the transition of a significant customer from a voltage level of 22 kV to a voltage level of 110 kV, including related technical and economic issues.
Data Exchange Automation
Spaček, Adrián ; Líška, Michal (referee) ; Kříž, Jiří (advisor)
Cílem této práce je popsání a analýza problematik datové výměny a automatizace procesů v prostředí živé databáze a externích zdrojů informací. V digitálním prostředí existuje mnoho způsobů získávání, transformace a transportu dat. Tato práce má za cíl jich opsat, dodávajíc argumenty pro a proti jejich použití v specifických situacích. Následně je prezentováno řešení situace vyžadující automatizaci datové výměny.
Acquisition in (professional / public) libraries
Černohlávková, Petra ; Buřilová, Marcela (advisor) ; Stöcklová, Anna (referee)
The bachelor's thesis focused on analysis and description of acquisition work in five followed libraries specialised on art. The theoretical part of the thesis describes profiling of collection, acquisition process, financial option of the acquisition, different methods of acquisition (purchase, gift, exchange, legal deposit and other resources). It also deals with e- resources, types of special document which are typical for the professional libraries and methods of evaluating effectiveness of acquisition. The practical part monitors in each library fund profile, the acquisition process, budget and different methods of acquisition. It also deals with e-resources, types of special document which are typical for the professional libraries and methods of evaluating effectiveness of acquisition. Each chapter about the library is followed by a short summary. In conclusion of the practical part the libraries are compered to each other and it is compared with the theoretical part at the end of the whole thesis.
Effect of coach change on professional tennis players
Nekolová, Barbora ; Kočíb, Tomáš (advisor) ; Carboch, Jan (referee)
Title: Effect of coach change on professional tennis players Objectives of work: The aim of the thesis is to analyze the impact of coach change on professional tennis players from the psychology perspective, social relationship and player's attitude to the sport itself. The impact of the coach change on player's approach to tennis, game results, personal life and interpersonal relationships will be examined. Method: The methods that will be used are narrative interviews - annotated transcription technique, quantitative interview, analysis and comparison. Results: In the practical part of the dissertation, author answered five research questions through conducted research. Conducted research revealed that coach change affected tennis results of only one of the investigated probands. However, positive psychological impact of coach change was described by both probands. Neither of probands changed his training methods or their approach to tennis after the coach change. Team goals of one of the proband were not achieved, the second proband is still an active player and works on his sports career. Key words: tennis, professional tennis player, ATP, performance, personal life, sport goals, coach, change
An Analysis of the Dependency on Rally Length on the Type and the Direction of Tennis Serve

The pace of the game in the women's tennis singles at the US Open 2018
Petrskovský, Martin ; Kočíb, Tomáš (advisor) ; Carboch, Jan (referee)
Thesis name: The pace of the game in the women's tennis singles at the US Open 2018. The purpose of thesis: The purpose of this thesis is finding the pace of the game in rally at the US Open 2018 in the women's tennis singles and comparing the pace of the game in rally after the first serve and after the second serve. Also we want to compare the pace of the opening and closing games, similarly we want to compare the pace of the game in rally in matches with the participation of the selected player. Method: The basic method, which has been used in this thesis, is the notational system analysis. The subject of this method was the indirect observing of video recordings 11 women's singles matches at the US Open 2018. The variables monitored were the replacement time and the number of beats in rally. There was a condition for the minimum number of strokes played in rally, which was four or more strokes between players. Based on the recorded data, the pace of the game was calculated by dividing the rally time and beats. Results: The average pace of the game is 1,48 ± 0,06 seconds. The average number of strokes in rally is 6,68 ± 0,9, the average rally time is 9,86 ± 1,35. The average pace of rally in the post-filing session was 0,11 seconds slower than the pace of rally in the second post. The...
