Machining of Rotating Components on a Universal Machine

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the proposal manufacturing technology of a rotary component on a universal machine. The main point of this work is a full technological preparation of production of the component shape of shaft. In the following paragraph is proposal used machines and tools for production. Below is a technological and economic evaluation of production and finally is a description of production of sample component.

Component technology design "injector cover" in condition of a small firm

Processing completely producting technological documentation for production part “INJECTOR COVER” for firm BM SERVICE (formerly ČKD Hradec Králové), including time schedule production of parts (parts which past welding and machining create demanded component part) and calculation production costs. Solving production process is concepted in two variation (actual and forecast study) for machines which are sorted from existing machinery and from now proposed machines. Estimation is designed for firm conditions introducing to the production with view for qualifications of workers, convention in firm and equipment.

This diploma thesis deals with the design of modular production interchangeable machine for fuel hub assembly based on customer requirements and standards for safety and ergonomics. The thesis also includes a conceptual design of a universal machine for setting up different versions of modular production interchangeable machines and a drawing documentation of selected assemblies and manufactured parts.
