Design and verification of properties of current mirrors with unipolar transistors
Drápalík, Michal ; Hanák, Pavel (referee) ; Vrba, Kamil (advisor)
The work named Design and verification of properties of current mirrors with unipolar transistors solves the problems of simplify the calculation of current transmission. During the calculation we neglet unimportant parametres. In the begining is theory of current mirrors. For every of each selected mirrors there is calculation of SNAP programme. Following step is simplify calculation by math operations. Using simplified models of replacement transistors we can make easy calculation of current transmission. In the end of work there are all results of calculation.
High effective switched power supply
Rástočný, Martin ; Kledrowetz, Vilém (referee) ; Pavlík, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis analyses theoretical basis of switched mode power supplies. Selections of right topology for implementation, design of power and control circuits are discussed. The thesis also contains a brief summary of switched mode power supplies. Subsequently it focuses on calculations and selection of appropriate power components. A result of the thesis lies in development and practical design of switched mode power supply and its optimization for high effectivity of conversion. To achieve these theoretical calculations of parameters for chosen topology were made.
Design of CMOS operational amplifiers
Němec, Tomáš ; Bajer, Arnošt (referee) ; Musil, Vladislav (advisor)
This work deals with issues of design and simulation of analog integrated circuit. The general aim is to design high-speed transconductance differentiating amplifier. The two stage operational – transconductance amplifier with compensation RC element is presented. This compensation method of zero nulling used prevents amplifier from oscillation.
Electrical characterization of a unipolar transistor with a graphene channel
Žeravík, František ; Lednický, Tomáš (referee) ; Gablech, Imrich (advisor)
This work deals with basic properties of graphene, methods of its synthesis, doping, transfer, characterization and description of basic properties and fabrication of field-effect transistor with graphene channel. The practical part focuses on electrical characterization of a field-effect transistor with graphene channel. Concretely on measuring the channel resistance, its dependence on gate voltage, finding the Dirac point and determining the dependence of the channel conductivity on the annealing lenght. Lastly, the shift of the Dirac point and the change of the electrical properties of graphene during bending of a MEMS structure with a unipolar transistor with a graphene channel are investigated.
