The diploma thesis is focused on marketing communication of a selected company oper-ating on the B2B market. Based on the definition of the theoretical framework, the the-sis focuses on the evaluation of the current situation in the company and subsequent recommendations and suggestions of possible improvements that will bring new cus-tomers to the company, strengthen the loyalty of existing customers and at the same time increase awareness of its operations on the market.
Costing in non-manufacturing company

The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on classification of costs in accountancy. It is focused on costs of financial and managerial accountancy. In the second part of the thesis are presents costing systems and methods which are used during compilation of calculations. Here are described costing formulas too. In the practical part of the thesis is analyzed and characterized chosen non-manufacturing company - a hairdressing saloon. Based on the provided statements are designed costing formulas for partial performances which are based on traditional costing formulas. It is devised preliminary monthly calculation and here are calculated deviations between company prices and planned prices. In the final part are valorization and recommendation for individual performances.

The Function of Franchise in the Service Market

This thesis is focused on the analysis of provided tourism services and supplementary services on the examples of franchise chains. Thesis is applied to the branches of the franchise companies McDonald´s, Fruitisimo Café and Bushman in České Budějovice. The target is to evaluate actual services and perception of offers by guests, clients or potential guests, to make some new services suggestion for the future given to the current market situation and to design a new product for supply diversity.
Liberalization of services on the common market of the European Union and its impact on czech service providers

Bachelor thesis deals with the position of services on the common market of the European Union and in the Czech republic from the point of view of GDP, employment and international trade. The thesis also addresses the development of the common market of the European Union and a proposal for a directive for liberalization of the market in services that was presented to the European Commission by its former Commissioner Frits Bolkestein in the year 2004. The content of the directive is closely analyzed and remarks of the member stats are mentioned. Thereinafter the approved directive from the year 2006 is discussed and its impact on czech providers of services, expecially in the area of information technology, are analyzed. At the end a case study about a Czech software company is presented.
Business conditions on the market of services in the EU

This dissertation describes the fundamentals of functioning of the service provision within the Community and functioning of these mechanisms in the chosen EU countries (Belgium, Estonia, Germany, Austria, Great Britain) and in the chosen fields (building, telecommunications, IT, consultancy services, tourism, repairing and maintenance services, financial services and others). The work is divided into two parts. The first one (the chapters 1- 4) deals with the fundamental principles of the service provision within the Community -- free movement of goods, persons, capital and services, freedom of cross-border delivery of services and its temporary criteria, specific requirements of some countries -- interim periods for free movement of persons and services, self-employed persons, recognition of professional qualifications, social and health insurance and taxes, solving problems of the internal market within the Community in the system of SOLVIT, Czech Business Representation in Brussels CEBRE. In the second part (chapter 5) are applied the principles of functioning of these mechanisms on the internal market in the chosen countries of the Community. The work serves as information material, data collector and practice advisor in one place giving useful sources where to find detailed information on these problems.
