Principles of the tax justice

This thesis is an interdisciplinary perspective on the issue of fair distribution of the tax burden. Taxes are assessed in terms of its purpose, which is to establish resources for the payment of government spending . Attention is focused on the moral and ethical aspects of the impact of the tax burden in human behavior and decision making. The work is divided into four chapters . The first chapter is devoted to human beings , its behavior and decision-making capabilities and comprehensive view of human individuality. One is set in the perspective of living and farming. The second chapter contains a brief look at the concepts of justice , focusing on the relationship between justice and ethical values selected . In the third chapter, the evaluation of the structure of the tax system and individual taxation, with a focus on tax fairness in economic sense . The fourth chapter is devoted to some aspects of international taxation. In conclusion, the thesis are evaluated conflicts tax fairness with other values .
Principles of market economy in Civics

The diploma thesis will be devoted to the principles of market economy and its teaching in Civics classes at primary school. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part introduces the basic principles of market economy, explains the concepts of market, market mechanism, supply, demand, competition, monopoly, price and profit, including the interrelationships. The following is an insight to the curriculum and the theory of didactics. At the end of the theoretical part, space is set aside for introduction to the basic issues of teaching economic topics at primary school. In the practical part I present project teaching, a didactic analysis of the principles of market economy is performed, a teaching unit was designed and evaluated, which was implemented at the primary school and kindergarten Kralupy nad Vltavou, Třebízského 523. The diploma thesis is ended with self-evaluation.

The Rise and Fall of the Russian Oligarchy

The Abstract - The Rise and Fall of the Russian Oligarchy Jan Hajek The thesis "The Rise and Fall of the Russian Oligarchy" deals with the relationship between big business and the Russian state apparatus between 1987 and 2008. Since the beginning of the entrepreneurship in Russia during Gorbachev's reforms influential business structures started to develop. These structures then were able to dominate in the nineties a significant part of the Russian economy. That was partially caused by an unusually high degree of concentration of ownership structures growing under Michail Gorbachev's and Boris Yeltsin's governments. Important factors were as well natural resources as an easy source of income and the weakness of the state in creating and promoting a legal environment. Because of that some enterprising individuals were able to gain large fortunes that could be used to influence some policy decisions. Their influence peaked during the campaign for Yeltsin's re- election, when they even received some governmental posts. In that time the situation was closest to the oligarchy. Nevertheless within a short time their influence was reduced by mutual conflicts, the financial crises of 1998 and with Vladimir Putin becoming acting president at the end of 1999. Germany's economic miracle

The topic of thesis is an analysis of the German economy in the years 1948 - 1953, which took place in liberalization of the economy. Liberalization allowed the growth of the economy, which is known as Germany's economic miracle. The work will include an analysis of the benefits Erhard's economic reform, based on the teachings ordoliberalismu. The work includes a theoretical basis for the most important ideas ordoliberalismus. The main part of the thesis, however, focused on the historical context of economic reforms and the economic situation in West Germany. The first part contains a theoretical view of ordoliberalismus. The next chapter deals with the first step in the transition to a market economy and monetary reform. Here is analyzed the cause, course and consequence of monetary reform on the economy situation in the country. There would be followed by an analysis of monetary and banking system development, together with the liberalization of foreign trade.
