Automation of Release Engineering Tasks in Fedora Linux

Cílem tohoto článku je seznámit čtenáře s automatizací úkolu týmu Fedora Release Engi- neering. Zahrnuje úvod do infrastruktury Fedora a procesů spojených s vydáváním nových verzí systému Fedora Linux. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle jsem analyzoval možnosti autom- atizace a rozhodl jsem se automatizovat proces uvolňování vydání přidáním nové funkce do stávajících nástrojů Fedpkg a Toddlers. Výsledkem bylo přidání nového příkazu pro Fedpkg, který vytvoří požadavek, a zásuvného modulu pro Toddlers, který tento poža- davek zpracuje. Tento výsledek uvolní prostředky inženýrů pro důležitější věci
Knowledge of lay paediatric first aid among parents of toddlers

Title: Knowledge of lay paediatric first aid among parents of toddlers Objectives: The main objective of this diploma thesis was to determine the level of knowledge of lay paediatric first aid among parents of children of toddler age for the most common injuries and serious conditions. The partial objective was to find out if there would be a difference between parents who have only one child and parents who have more children. Methods: An anonymous survey was used in my work. The survey consisted of 27 questions. The first part contained 9 questions collecting information about the respondents. The second part contained 18 questions on lay paediatric first aid knowledge. A total of 62 respondents were composed of 39 parents with one child and 23 parents who have more children. Collected data were processed into tables and graphs and evaluated. Results: On the basis of an anonymous survey, it was found that the level of knowledge of lay paediatric first aid among parents of children of toddler age is very successful. The results showed that the knowledge of lay paediatric first aid among parents of toddlers for all respondents reached 87.6%. Development of children in children's groups

This Bachelor thesis deals with children's groups and children of the age from 1 to 3 years. In the theoretical part, I will be mentioning toddlers and the possibilities of their socialization. Marginally, I will comment on Margareth Mahler's socioemotional development and the relationship between mother and child according to John Bowlby. The following chapters contain the adaptation of toddlers, the characteristic of children's groups and consequently its advantages and disadvantages. In the practical part which is devoted to a long-term observation of three selected children, I work with the changes after three months and then the current state. With the children, I focus on how the process of adaptation wages, the contact with the nurturers and peers and also the development advance and self-service.
North American public libraries programmes focusing on developement of children's reading skills from birth to 6 years: case studies

The aim of this diploma thesis is characterization and evaluation of programs and projects, which are proceeding in United States of America to support children's reading skills. The first part is devoted to reading to children from birth to six years, impact of books to children, and to factors, which are influencing the beginning of reading. In other chapters are presented projects of American Library Association and its division Association for Library Services to Children. In the following, the programs of selected libraries and non-profit organization are mentioned (for example Mother Goose on the Loose, Birth to six or Reach out and Read). In the last part is described the situation in Czech Republic. There are presented projects like Celé Česko čte dětem, Rosteme s knihou, Poprvé do školy - Poprvé do knihovny, and also cooperation of libraries and kindergartens.
