The main topic of this bachelor thesis is creativity as an ability of a human that is an indivisible part of the success of an individual in the history of mankind. Firstly, the theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of a creative person, their attitudes and thinking processes that characterise them and it examines this notion from the perspective of a historical development. In the second part it describes the phenomena that significantly influence the process of creative thinking with respect to time restrictions. In the practical part these findings are applied during the creation of a real-time creative session with the use of various techniques in order to reach creative solutions while working with a group of selected individuals. The aim of the work is to create a group consisting of members that fit the description of a creative person as much as possible, use all the knowledge about the thinking process, motivation and barriers to creativity and to organise a programme with the use of the given methods to find creative solutions to problems. The conclusion evaluates the successfulness of the cooperation of the members as a group and its personal contribution to the author.
