Control of household central heating
Chytka, František ; Fedra, Zbyněk (referee) ; Frýza, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis deals the design and implementation of system, that control central heating in house. The communications of the units are wireless. The main aim is the choice of wireless modules, the choice of temperature sensor, the design of the PCBs, the construction of all parts and the creation of the software. The test of the curcuits is required for reliability and nuisance in practice. The result is the ready system, that will be installed to house.
The utilization of infrared camera for measurement of electrical machines temperature
Halfar, Tomáš ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Kuchyňková, Hana (advisor)
Bachelor‘s thesis The Application of Infrared Camera for measuring the temperature of Electrical Machines acquaints with issues of heat, its creation and transmission. This work includes options of measuring of the temperature. There are given methods of contactless measuring of the temperature especially in this work. Main accent is given to problematic of measuring of the temperature with infrared camera SAT HY6800. The work includes introduction with basic functions of infrared camera and operation manual of the camera. It was created manual for utilization of program SAT report in relation to infrared cameras. In the practical part of bachelor’s thesis is measuring the temperature of three DC motors from company ATAS Elektromotory Náchod with different covers and comparing of their warming.
Wireless controlled car model
Závodný, Vilém ; Škorpil, Vladislav (referee) ; Šteffan, Pavel (advisor)
The work deals with the analysis and practical implementation of advanced features in cars, which are responsible for greater passenger comfort and greater security for both passengers and other road users. All the work is solved on a remote-controlled model car, hence the need to deal not only with modern elements in cars, but also wireless data transmission, motor control, reliability of the system and a number of component problems. All these problems that occurred during work and their solutions are described in the following document. The work was based on the introduction of new items, modules and components that can be deployed as sensors, evaluation items, and other electrical and software components for the automotive industry in connection with electrical engineering and telecommuni- cations technology. Further work is focused on efficient wireless control of the vehicle, measuring environmental conditions and processing data so that they can be sent as soon as possible to the host PC or respond to them directly in the microcontroller in case of critical values.
Design and implementation of complementary sensory system for experimental car
Šimurda, Matěj ; Krejčí, Petr (referee) ; Grepl, Robert (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and implementation of complementary sensory system for experimental car. It deals with temperature sensors, sensors of dumper position and collision avoidance sensors. The first part is focused on background research of temperature sensors and distance sensors. The individual parts of sensory system are described in the following chapters. All chapters contain theoretical design of system as well as final implementation and summary. The description of model for simulating heat transmission in electromotor is described in the chapter of temperature sensory system as well as preliminary measurement of heating-up the winding and shield for establishing the unknown constants in model. The making of functional code to reach the successful communication between the sensor and dsPIC microcontroller via I2C interface is also described. This interface was used for all sensors of the system. The flex sensors are used in the chapter of dumper position sensors. Variable voltage on it is converted by ADC into discrete signal and sent to the control unit. The cheap IR distance sensors are used in the chapter of collision avoidance sensors. Output voltage is also converted by ADC.
