This Thesis deals with the organization of realization of the residential building A1 Slavkov u Brna. Thesis solves mainly technological process of realization of the main object. The thesis aims to develop a time schedule of execution, usage of mechanisms timetable, material resources, technological regulations, inspection and test plans. The annex also solved graphically construction site facility set up and its modifications during execution depending on different type of works. This Thesis is based on realization project provided by the realization company and with consent of project designer.

The content of the thesis is the implementation of the three-story brick office building with an operation in Hodonin. The appendix section includes drawings and installations situation Minor main building structure, calculation of stripping reinforced concrete structures, timing and technology standard of the main building structure and time and financial plan construction-object.

Building and technological project of a residential house in Brno

The subject of this Diploma thesis is building and technological project of a residential house in Brno, which contain the implementation of the underground car park and residential building, which has three above-ground floors. Attention is focused mainly on the technological processes of bottom building. Text section contains the technical report on the structural and technological project, study implementation of major technological stages of building, technical report of construction site equipment, technological regulations, inspection and test plan, study of noise, plan health and safety at work, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms including transport routes. The attachment section contain time and financial plan construction-object, time deployment of machines, plan of material resources, time schedule, technology standard, budget, drawings of construction site equipment, verification of tower crane construction and schema of processes concreting.

The diploma thesis deals with the building-technology construction preparation of the Multifunctional House Brno Gajdošova. The paper contains the technical report concerning this building; coordination of building situation; time and financial plan of the construction; study of the main technological stages; equipment project; design of major building machinery and mechanisms; schedule of the main construction building; technological regulations for making of the monolithic panel and the green flat roof; inspection and test plans in accordance with these regulations. Furthermore, two technologies referring to the execution of the monolithic roof panel are compared including the comparison of the test plan as well as the budget for the main building. The specialisation is in the field of construction of buildings with special focus on the layouts and the rust of the main building.

The goal is to determine the time, financial and material demands of the building and determine the appropriate method of construction technology . The work is focused on the main building object SO 01 - Building laboratories and offices , but some parts are addressed to the whole building. It is elaborated construction technology study , which followed closely solved the selected part of building technology project dealing with the given structures. Part of the work is devoted to the design optimization of the amount of formwork , which is necessary for construction.
