The system of Education of employees in a selected Organization

This thesis, titled "The System of Education of Employees in a Selected Organization", aimed to suggest changes and recommendations that could lead to the improvement of the current training system in the organization based on the analysis conducted. A quantitative research method in the form of a questionnaire was used to collect data. The thesis is divided into two main parts, namely theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on the study of literature and includes basic concepts related to the field of human resource management and employee training. The practical part focuses on the basic characteristics of the selected company, namely company XY, which wished to remain anonymous. In addition, the current state of training in the company is analysed with the help of internal materials of the organisation. The analysis of the current state is also complemented by an online questionnaire survey involving 74 respondents. This thesis concludes with suggestions and recommendations from the enterprise to improve the current training system in the organization.

The main aim of the diploma theses is to propose changes and recommendations that could leave to improvement in this area of education in the selected organization. The questionnaire survey method was chosen for the survey. Based on the information and questionnaire survey was proposed changes and recommendations to improve the education system in the organization. The changes lead to more effective education and to more satisfaction of employees.

Approach to University and Non-university Media Studies in the Great Britain and Germany

This Master thesis called Approach to university and non-university media studies in the Great Britain and Germany: A comparative study compares the approaches of Great Britain and Germany to tertiary education, which is thematically linked to the media. The thesis shows specific concepts in this field of study in two different environments that have developed under different historical circumstances and as a result of different processes of adoption of media studies as a university subject. The boundaries of this subject are not specifically stated, which provides countries with an opportunity to put their own concept into this subject. This thesis examines tertiary education connected to media institutions of higher education, within individual study programs, in leading professional publications, in the national assessment of educational documents and in approach of multinational organizations. The text defines relevant bodies and syllabi, identifying core competences of graduates of these studies, the processes through which they become experts and educational activities connected to media education. The thesis analyzes differences, expectations and methods in the documents using an in-depth analysis. The core question is whether the approaches of the Great Britain and Germany remain different...

To what extent could mathematical textbooks be politically "innocent"? The reflection of historical events in mathematical "applied problems" in the years 1938-1952

This work monitors the reflection of historical reality in "mathematical applied problems" in the Czech mathematical textbooks from the period of years 1938 -1952. I try to put the actual historical context in a connection with the real situation at that time. The work is structured in a way that the account of historical facts is stated first and then it is explained how the contents of the "mathematical word problems" was influenced by the current situation at that time. I also trace how their contents affected whether the textbooks were going to be redone or rejected. A case study is dedicated to Eduard Čech, a significant mathematician, whose books were published almost throughout this specified period and whose opinions and attitudes characterize the influence of the political situation at these textbooks.

Comparison of systems of education in the Czech Republic and in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Nothern Ireland focused on education of foreign languages on secondary schools

The bachelor thesis deals with the theme of comparison of systems of education in the Czech Republic and in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland with focus on education of foreign languages at secondary schools. The systems of education of both countries are introduced and compared in terms of framework educational programme and National curriculum. The work with terminology is also pointed out by translation of technical terms into the Czech language. The practical part is focused on a lesson plan with the aim to present the differences of Czech and British system of education to the pupils of the ninth class. The thesis includes an insertion of the lesson plan to the Methodical portal RVP.CZ as a sample lesson of a cross- sectional theme of Multicultural education.

The Analysis of the Employee Educational System in a Selected Organization

The main objective of this thesis is to analyse the current system of education of employees in a selected organization and give several suggestions on changes that can be made. The chosen organization is Labour Office located in Jindřichův Hradec.The analysis is based on a personal interview with director of this organisation and on employee questionnaire results. The thesis suggests possible changes for an better system of education.

Education of pupils with special educational needs in elementary school in Prague 2

This thesis is devoted to the problems of children with special educational needs, with a focus on elementary schools in Prague 2. The first part of the thesis describes the aims, particularly the identification of positive experiences and negative examples from practice, and research questions. Next part is devoted to methodology, in which the author deals with the description of data collection and the production of materials for semi-structured interviews. The author describes the theoretical and conceptual background of selected issues and presents the basic terminology and historical context of education of children with special educational needs in the Czech Republic. The second part focuses on the empirical research that has been devoted specifically to autistic children. The first part contains a basic summary of integrated children in primary schools in Prague 2. This part is followed by findings from the interviews, which are logically divided into three main sections. In conclusion there is a synthesis of the most important information and their relation to the selected concepts.
