Bachelor's thesis deal with project of cellarless house with garage. The house is situated on a land with plot number 3023/10 on the street U Bažantnice in the administrative area of Mikulov. House is designed as a two-storey with a gable roof. It is based on the footings of plain concrete, walled building is POROTHERM system and the roof is covered with ceramic burnt roofing TONDACH. The house is designed for housing four people.

It´s about alone standing a family house with optician and eyes ordination. Structure is being in Velká Bystřice near by Olomouc city. This building has two overgroud floor, without cellar. In groundfloor of the house is a small hall, changing room, bathroom with closet, room for guests, living room with a kitchen and penthouse for a car. From the living rooom is entrance on the teracce. In same floor is also optician, zone for employees, closet and eyes ordination. On the second floor are two rooms, bedroom, bathroom and closet. From the hall is entrance on the teracce. The House is establishment on basement plates of concrete foundations and it was built from Porotherm system. The roof is one cloak flat. Project new building family house with a shop in Prosetin. The building has a basement and two floors. The house is designed for four-five member family. The walls in the basement are formed by blocks BEST, the vertical construktion in floors are made of blocks Porotherm. The horizontal construktion is made of girders POT and the inserts MIAKO. The last ceiling is wooden. The roof structure consists of a wooden frame.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of documentaion of a family house with car repair workshop in Hostalkova near Vsetin. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standards. The house is located on plot number 2133/1 in Hostalkova area. The infrastructure runs within a local road near the plot. The project is designed for one apartment to be build within the house, designed for four or five inhabitants. The car repair workshop, directly adjacent to the house, is designed to accomodate two 1a class vehicles. The house itself is two-floor building of rectangular ground plan with dimensions of 9.9 metres by 14 metres while the workshop is a single-floor building of rectangular ground plan with dimensions of 10.7 metres by 8 metres. The buildings are located on a slightly sloped terrain. The weight-bearing system of the building is designed in POROTHERM technology. The roof of the building is of gabled design while the roof of the workshop is of flat design. The enclosed essay deals with the topic of thermal insulation of sloped roofs.
