Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním projektové dokumentace rodinného domu s autodílnou v Hošťálkové u Vsetína. Projekt a přílohy jsou zpracovány dle současně platných zákonů, vyhlášek a norem. Rodinný dům je situován na parcele 2133/1, která spadá do katastrálního území obce Hošťálková. V blízkosti pozemku pod přilehlou místní komunikací jsou vedeny inženýrské sítě. V objektu rodinného domu bude jedna bytová jednotka, která je navržena pro 4-5 osob. Provozovna autodílny pevně stavebně spojená s objektem RD bude pro 2 osobní automobily skupiny 1a. Objekt RD je dvoupodlažní se suterénem obdélníkového půdorysu 9,9m x 14m a provozovna jednopodlažní se suterénem obdélníkového půdorysu 10,7m x 8m. Stavba je v mírně svažitém území. Nosný systém objektu je navržen ze systému POROTHERM. Zastřešení RD je sedlovou střechou a zastřešení autodílny je plochou střechou. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of documentaion of a family house with car repair workshop in Hostalkova near Vsetin. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standards. The house is located on plot number 2133/1 in Hostalkova area. The infrastructure runs within a local road near the plot. The project is designed for one apartment to be build within the house, designed for four or five inhabitants. The car repair workshop, directly adjacent to the house, is designed to accomodate two 1a class vehicles. The house itself is two-floor building of rectangular ground plan with dimensions of 9.9 metres by 14 metres while the workshop is a single-floor building of rectangular ground plan with dimensions of 10.7 metres by 8 metres. The buildings are located on a slightly sloped terrain. The weight-bearing system of the building is designed in POROTHERM technology. The roof of the building is of gabled design while the roof of the workshop is of flat design. The enclosed essay deals with the topic of thermal insulation of sloped roofs.
