Implementation of quality management system in LEDA Slovakia spol. s r.o.

The aim of my graduation these is implementation of quality management system according to standard ISO 9001:2009 in company LEDA Slovakia spol. s r.o. At the beginning I attend to importance of quality and its control. Next parts acquaint reader with particular chapters of standard, with their interpretations and fullfilment of all requirements. Fundamental part is practical implementation in real company. Established documentation includes Quality manual, documented procedures required by the standard and other documents determined by the organization to be neccessary.

Process management in quality management system

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse present internal processes in company TRIO HAVEL s.r.o. and to propose measures which will lead to optimize or redesign of these processes. To achieve this aim was used different methods and techniques of improvement. Some of those are from "New Seven Management Tools" or "Seven Quality Control Tools". Specifically those were "Afinity chart", "Flowchart" and "Pareto chart". For quality planning were used method "Quality Function Deployment" which focus on customers' requirements. Obtained information was analysed. There were designed some recommendations based on them to optimize internal processes. In the end it was said some other recommendations for continual improvement of implemented quality management system and to gain competitive advantage.

The analysis of the organization´s ability KOPY TRUCK s.r.o. to fulfil the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the standard of ISO 9001. The rate of the standard's requirements is examined for the organization KOPY TRUCK s.r.o. This corporation has had a quality management system of ISO 9001:2008 already implemented. The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to ascertain if this organization fulfil the requirements of ISO 9001 and refer to strengths and weaknesses of this corporation. If need be recommend some possibilities of improvement in the system. The first defines the subject of the quality and its development over time. In addition it records of the quality management approaches that are currently used by organizations. In the thesis there are also the standards of ISO 9000, where is described in detail the Czech technical standard of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009. The structure and the content of the Czech technical standard are used in practice to assess the degree of compliance standards in the corporation KOPY TRUCK s.r.o. When I had analysed the individual standard's elements, I came to the conclusion that the company fulfil the requirements. I have only proposed some new solutions to increase the effectiveness of QMS. These recommendations relate mainly to the documentation of the policy quality and getting some references from customers.

Setting up of the Quality Standard for the Railway Industry - IRIS:2006

Theoretical part deal with quality, quality management system and his principles and concepts. And there are characterized procedural approach and quality management system documentation. Koncern Vishay, especially plants in Blatná, with their quality management system is introduced in practical part. It was carried out questionnaire survey of staff awareness on quality management in the company. This survey is the main part of the practical part of thesis.

The Quality Management Systems and its Application in a Specified Company

The aim of this Graduation Theses is to analyze the quality system in a specified Silon Company Ltd. Another aim is to define an evaluation methods and to verify new possibilities in approach to quality management systems in the mentioned company. The quality system in Silon Company Ltd. is created so, it meets ISO 9001:2008 in all its departments which belongs to quality system as well as it meets ISO/TS 16 949:2002 in compound division and centrally provided activities. The EMS system includes the whole company and it is created in order to meet ISO 14001:2004. It could be stated that Silon Company Ltd. has no big insufficiencies in quality management as well as in general company management. Integrated system, new approach to progressive quality improvement {--} Kaizen, FTA procedure, may be recommended to company.

The assessment of an impact of the quality management system on his effectivity in state administration

The companies and organizations should take care about the control of quality. That´s why they boot quality into their systems of management. An implementation of such approaches presents the chance to directly benefit from the experiences gathered in the implementation in private sector. Main goal of this diploma work is the analysis of the systems of quality management in public administration. It treats with the assessment of an impact of quality management system on his effectivity in state administration. First chapter extends the knowledge of the systems of quality. This part talks about specific demands for quality management system used in public sector. The knowledge from first part was used in next chapter for analysis of the situation in selected organization. To review the impact of system, The municipal authority in Vsetin as a representative of transferred state administration, and Czech statistical office as a representative of central state administration were choosed. System of quality management applicated in these two examples was analysed.
