Cílem této diplomové práce je zprostředkovat současný stav společnosti Skleněné kameny spol. s r.o. z pohledu normy ISO 9001 a doporučit možnosti zlepšení fungování organizace. Teoretická část poskytuje informace o pojmu kvalita a popisuje normy ISO řady 9000. The goal of this thesis is to provide the current status of Skleněné kameny spol. s r.o. from the perspective of ISO 9001 standard and recommend ways of improving the function of the organization. In the theoretical part there can be found information about quality concept and it also describes ISO 9000 standards.
