Analysis of teaching in APŠ swimming schools operating in the South Bohemian Region

The bachelor thesis deals with a complex analysis of swimming teaching in swimming schools associated in the Association of Swimming Schools in the South Bohemia Region, specifically swimming of children in primary schools. The theoretical part deals with a brief history of swimming, teaching swimming, basic swimming skills, teaching methods and the use of aids for swimming teaching. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the appropriate first swimming method and basic training of swimming methods is given below. Everything is in accordance with the teaching texts provided by the Association of Swimming Schools and methodological materials issued by the Ministry of Education. The synthetic part is focused on the description of the teaching process in individual swimming schools in comparison with the methodological and teaching materials.
Marketing communication in selected swimming schools in Prague

Title: Marketing communication in selected swimming schools in Prague region Objectives: The goal of this thesis is to evaluace the marketing communication in five selected swimming school in Prague and propose new and more effective marketing communication for different types of customers. Methods: I have used qualitative and quantitative marketing research methods. From the qualitative I used the technique of in-depth interview with the owners of swimming schools and structured observation. From the quantitative I chose the technique of electronic questionaires. The primary date of swimming schools helped me to achieve the finale results. Results: Based on the results, I found that the most effective and most used communication tools are websites. Most potential customers search information on swimming schools on websites. Another very important tool is personal recommendation, that has a great impact on potential customers. On the contrary, social networks, posters, leaflets or TV advertisement has no effect. Swimming training of pupils at the lower school of primary schools

My dissertation involves teaching students in elementary schools. The task of my theoretical portion is retaining basic swimming lessons for children in swimming schools. The practical portion is focused on the findings of the children's abilities based upon the output and input test of basic swimming skills. Another part of the practical portion involves creating a twenty hour educational program and design the classroom's cirrculum. Between the main methods of my research, it involves observing children, and scoring their abilities to accomplish basic swimming skills with comparing obtained data.
