Apartment Building, Okrisky

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of an apartment building located in the cadastre unit of Okříšky (709778). The apartment building is designed as a two-storey building with a basement and warm flat roof. There are five dwelling units with the possibility of improved access for disabled people. The external walls are made of sand-lime bricks insulated with grey polystyrene. Ceilings are made of reinforced concrete with suspended gypsum board ceilings where HVAC can be installed. The thesis contains the drawings and the documentation in the form of the building permit. The design also includes the fire safety solution, the thermal technical assessment, the acoustic assessment and the lighting assessment.
Family house with an establishment

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and develop of project documentation for realization of a family of four house with an establishment – design office. The building is located in the western part of Telč. The family house is designed for the housing of family of four and establishment is designed for three designers. The building is designed as a separate building with two-storey residential part, which is partly basement. This section is connected with Two single-storey parts with function of the establishment and garage. The Main entrance to the building and to the establishment is situated to the north, where there is also a parking place with a capacity of 3 parking places. The main living rooms are south-facing. The Structural system of the building is designed from the HELUZ system. The HELUZ MIAKO ceiling system is used for horizontal construction. The roof above the residential part is designed as a saddle, above the garage and the establishment is designed as single-layer and flat green roof.

The subject of my master‘s thesis is A new cultural society center building in Frýdek-Místek. The work is explained in the form of project documentation for the execution of the building containing all the requirements following the legal standards and regulations. The land is flat. It is a two-storey, basement building. The supporting system of the object is a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton filled with ceramic blocks. Basement masonry is permanent formwork. The roof and ceiling structures are made of reinforced concrete slabs. Roofs above both of the first floors are flat green roofs, the roof above the second floor is also flat formed by river rock. The new building of the cultural society center corresponds to the town plan of the town of Frýdek-Místek. The design was influenced by the layout, static and architectural features, and energy savings.

Home for the enderly people

The thesis is focused on newly built home for the elderly people in cadastre of Vlkanec village, in Kutna Hora district. The building area is rectangular shaped, with entrance to the area situated from local tarmac road. The house is designed for barrier-free housing of forty people in twenty- six apartments. The house includes common area for providing services for local residents and residents of neighboring villages. The services provided are to be catering services, general practitioner’s office and hair/nail salon. The object consists of service building, living facilities, joined to main building as a left and a right wing and adjacent terraces. The living facilities have three floors (cellarage and two above floors). The utilities, such as laundry room, drying room, boiler room, are situated in the cellar, the apartments and the common areas are in two above-ground floors. Architectural solution of the house is outlined so it uses mostly traditional natural building material (brick, stone, wood, metal) in its inherit color. Furthermore, the project is dealing with rain water management, local communications, such as the road, car park and pavements.

This bachelor paper is focused on project detached two-storey family house, with full basement. Project documentation is at the level for implementation construction. The bulding is located in the district Frýdek Místek, in the cadastral Myslík. Two garages are part of family house, located on the first floor. The house is brick and it has a flat roof.
Apartment building

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a newly-built apartment building in Opava. The apartment building is designed as a four-storey building with a basement. In the above-ground floors are located common house equipment and 14 flats. In the under-ground floor is located collective garage. Flats in the first floor have own terrace and flats in second up to fourth floor have balconies. The vertical construction system in the above-ground floors is masonry. Basement is projected as column system out of impermeable concrete. Horizontal bearing construction are made of reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The roofing is desing as a one-layer flat green roof. Multifunctional building Pardubice

The Master thesis presents a design of the multifunctional building in City of Pardubice. The building has three functions: caffe house, administration and also housing. The building has four floor without basement and there is a level roof. I tis designed as a reinforced concrete frame and walls with ventilated fasade do not have a bearing function. Design of building mens the general technical requirements for the construction.
St. Michael's Hospice

The topic of the master thesis is new medico-social facility hospice St. Michaela. The purpose of the object is the maximizing of improvement in the quality of life of dying, severely ill and incurable patients, with the use of palliative care. The construction follows the Complex of Regional Hospital Náchod. Together with as a retirement home Náchod completes a support network of health and social care. The building is designed as a four-building storey and is partially embedded into the sloping terrain. Floors are divided into individual facilities and together constitute a functional unit. In the basement is the technical room, warehouses, garages and kitchen facilities. On the ground floor are then socio-public rooms and facilities. On the second floor is located hedmaster of hospice and accommodation area. The third floor is devoted to the accommodation area. The proposed structure made of brick longitudinal system, supplemented by concrete basement walls. The horizontal structure is made of filigree ceiling panels. Stairs are designed as a precast concrete and steel. Individual roof structures is made from unwalkable, walkable and vegetation compositions. The cladding consists of ventilated facade of glass and wooden panels. Foundations are designed from the lineal foundation.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate project documentation for a residential building. It is located in Nový Bor. Construction site has a relatively flat profile. It has four above ground floors and one underground floor. Roof is flat green roof with a slope of 2,62 %. The whole construction is from reinforced concreate and mansonry with main use on construction materials from the company YTONG. The insulation materials are all from the company ISOVER. The drawing documentation necessary for the realization of this residential building was elaborated in Allplan computer program. Part of the work is fire, acoustic and thermal-technical solution.
