The master´s thesis on the theme "Stress evaluation, coping and reduction" focuses on the analysis of stress load on students, future managers, entrepreneurs and other professionals. The work explains what stress is, which are the causes of its emergence, how increased stress load can influence us and how to manage stress. In the practical part I will compare the scale of stress load between different groups of students and on the basis of this analysis I will specify the most frequent factors that stress students the most. In conclusion, I will formulate specific recommendations, how stress can be reduced.
Resilience and stress situations in emerging adulthood

The bachelor thesis is dealing with stressful situations and coping with them in the context of emerging adulthood in the Czech Republic. The aim is to find out how young people perceive the period in which they are. It is also essential what stressful situations they encounter during this period and what helps them cope with these situations. In the beginning of theoretical part the adulthood is defined. Another part is then focused on a new period of emerging adulthood, on its basic characteristics and the conditions that allowformation to this new stage of human life. After that a large portion is devoted to the issueof stress, stressful situations and coping with them, all in the context of emerging adulthood. The practical part explains methodology of research, which is based on a qualitative analysis of semi-structured interviews with ten university students. Processing the interviews was done using the grounded theory method. The analyzed data are presented and interpreted in the practical part.

This diploma thesis addresses the issue of mutual attitudes among teachers and pupils at the upper-primary-schools. The thesis is based on the assumption that the teacher-student rapport is the significant determinant of the educational process. The aim of the thesis is to determine the factors and the ways of affecting mutual attitudes among pupils and teachers at upper- primary-schools. The theory section of the thesis focuses on the issues of attitudes and of the personality of a pupil and teacher at the upper-primary-school and on the interaction between them. The thesis describes the factors affecting mutual attitudes among pupils and teachers as well as the characterics of adolescent. It also describes the teacher's personality and his role in the educational process. The objective of the research section is to identify the characteristic features of mutual attitudes among teachers and pupils at the upper-primary-schools. The section also suggests the causes constituting specific attitudes among students and teachers at the upper-primary-schools. It seeks to determine whether the factors of teacher's age, gender, and specialization, and that of the pupil's gender are affecting the mutual attitudes among pupils and their teachers. Master's thesis deals with the stress applied to the employee in a work process in the company ABC, Ltd. It focuses on the factors that cause stress. It examines its manifestations and effects on health and work performance of employees. The theoretical part includes an overview of this issue. The practical part is analytical, processing questionnaires students - future employees and current employees. Visions of students at secondary and university level of stress that occurs in the process, are compared to the fact how stress manifests itself directly to employees in working conditions. The conclusion presents proposals to reduce or eliminate stress and increase resilience against him.

Burnout Syndrome in the Helping Professions on Assistance in Material Need

This bachelor thesis deals with the burnout syndrome and the risk of its occurrence for workers paying social benefits at the department on assistance in material need. Social reform in 2012 brought significant changes that affected the workers who provide these services. The aim of this thesis is to describe what are the consequences of that change connected with the reform for the workers in their job but also in personal lives of workers distributing social benefits at the department on assistance in material need. In the theoretical part are characterized core areas of surveying problems. These are the specifics of the helping professions with an emphasis on the profession of social worker demands of these professions and burdens associated with their achievement(stress, frustration, conflicts, trauma and crisis) and burnout as a possible consequence of stress, and describe the social assistance system, thus the work at the department on assistance in material need. In the practical part was chosen for the survey research method of semi-structured interview.
Some Difficult Situations Occuring to Pupils of the Junior High School and How to Manage Them

The Degree Work presents information concerning difficult life situations with respect to the literature knowledge, which are elaborated in the theoretical part. There are specified difficult situations of pupils in the period of their growing up. The practical part shows these difficult situations based on the research of pupils of the eighth grade of Junior School /N = 49/. The research involved 49 children. It has been proved that pupils experience and consider mainly parent´s divorce and their arguments and the necessity to decide what secondary school to choose to be their difficult life situations. Despite all their negative manifestations they feel a need to get emotional satisfaction from their close and dear, they need to be supported, the more unstable they are the more support they need /level of neuroticism/. Therefore it is necessary to pay higher attention to this age group.
