Innovations and their Importance for SMEs

The bachelor thesis "Innovations and their Importance for SMEs" deals with the main role of innovations in small and medium-sized enterprises focused particularly on the importance of innovations for their further development. In the theoretical part, we deal with a synthesis elaborated on the basis of scientific literature and other sources as a starting point for the practical part. The theoretical part is dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises, to the conception of their support, to the role of management in the process of innovation management strategy, to the classification of innovations and to the structure of innovation funding. The second chapter deals with the methodology, given aims and formulations of hypotheses. The third chapter deals with the results of a quantitative survey made on a sample of selected small and medium-sized enterprises. After these chapters, the discussion follows, based on the results of the questionnaire survey in comparison to the selected results of a large national survey among small and medium-sized enterprises selected by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. The conclusion of the thesis is the evaluation of the bachelor thesis in the context with a view to the future, how innovations can be applied.

Management strategy and administration of education in the Czech Republic - The National Education Council

The aim of the thesis is to analyse and compare existing National Councils of Education in countries from Europe Union and OECD. The thesis also summarises knowledge about discuss and realization Councils in the Czech republic. It shows history of Administration and Management of Education in the Czech republic from early years after war to present with a focus on changes which happened after the Velvet Revolution in november 1989. Output of the thesis is a concept of possible National Council of Education in the Czech Republic which is based on performed analysis.

Analysis of selected processes and their management in RWE

This diploma thesis is focused on analysis of company internal processes and their management; analysis of a chosen process of a company RWE. The selected processes can represent a threat for the company from the point of inappropriate cyclic setting and ineffective management. This diploma thesis aims to streamline the functioning of key processes maintenance of gas facilities.
The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on a problematics connected to the definition of the entrepreneurship, production process, of the company. The thesis also looks at the characteristics of process management, the corporate and production strategy, defines processes and describes analytics, which specialize in topics related to business and the business.
The practical part, after specifications of the paticular company, analyzes the external environment, focused on business competitors. Considering the inner environment of the company, the dissertation thesis analyzes selected processes, leadership, procedures of cooperation with analytical method of architecture of a program ARIS by IDS Scheer Consulting company.
The results are concluded in a specific proposal of management of the company RWE, which is reconfiguration process of maintenance and management.

Zajištění kurzového rizika

Práce se zabývá podstatou kurzového rizika, možnostmi zajištění tohoto rizika a analýzou produktů a způsoby zajištění tohoto rizika. Problematika je prezentována na konkrétních příkladech. Dále práce ukazuje vývoj v oblasti zajištění kurzového rizika za poslední roky co do objemu zajištěných finančních prostředků a počtu operací u konkrétní instituce
