The building savings as a saving product

The bachelor thesis is focused on building savings as a savings product. The work summarises the characteristic of the product and it also examines the rate of return on investment for sparing clients. It explores not only the best choice of a building and loan association but also the optimalization of profitability from building savings that clients can gain because of the right parameter setting and appropriate money saving. The targets of the bachelor thesis are creating a quality instrument for accounting the internal rate of return for all building and loan associations, comparing the internal rate of return using this instrument and finding out the parameters which influence the internal rate of return.

Building savings in competition of financial products on the Czech market

The bachelor's thesis concentrates on current situation on the market with building societies' products from natural person's point of view. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with definition of basic concepts, actual changes and other discussed adjustments of building savings in the Czech Republic. Then the theoretical part describes differences between systems of building savings, which are applied in foreign countries. The analytical part focuses on assessment of building savings' competitiveness on the Czech market. Comparison with alternative products is based on author's calculations and conclusions, which are the ground of the prognosis of future development of the building savings in the Czech Republic.

This bachelor thesis "Analysis of profitability of building savings after legislative changes" deals with the issue of building savings in the Czech Republic, its legislation since its beginning in 1993, legislative changes which occured in 2003 and 2010, characteristic and advantages and disadvantages for clients in comparison with other comparable bank products. It includes a detailed analysis of the legal framework of building savings to the present. The thesis contains the analysis of building savings in comparison with fixed accounts and mortgages. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the profitability of building savings after legislative changes and objectively assess current situation.

Changes in the model building society

The thesis is aimed at building savings and changes experienced by its models due to changes in legislature ruling this banking product. The aim of the thesis is to cover the development of builing savings within the framework of its existence in the Czech Republic based on amount of contracts concluded the thesis tries to analyse popularity of building saving in relation to changes od the models and their impact. The thesis at the same time compares positives and negatives of individual models of building savings applied on a single saver. Further target is to decide whether a presen saver is more influenced by the actual model valid in the Czech Republic or the choice of one of five institutions providing the service of building savings based on comarison of the products provided by them.

It analyzes and compares individual building societies and their main products. It examines the publics interest of Building Savings and explores its advantages and disadvantages. The aim of the thesis is to determine what effects will have the latest Amendment to the Act on Building Savings in the future in comparison to past and current developments in Building Savings on the Czech market.

Najdeme zde její vymezení i vymezení samotného stavebního spoření-popisuje princip fungování a jeho právní úpravu v České republice. Vedle historického vývoje a popisu situace na českém trhu se zabývá konkurencí stavebních spořitelen ve financování bydlení. Jsou zmíněny hypoteční úvěry a různé státem podporované úvěry. Najdeme zde i srovnání se Slovenskou republikou.

Comparative analysis of positions of different institutional types active in the banking sector in the Czech Republic

The major goal of this work is to compare positions of different institutional types active in the banking sector in the Czech Republic. The emphasis is being given to the description of gradual mutual convergence and interactions of particular institutional types in the context of changes undergoing in a transition economy since 1990. The second part of this work analyses the framework for the operation of different institutional types and compares their positions against clients, owners and supervisor. The last part of the work is a comparative analysis of economic indicators for each institutional type in the context of changes in the market and legal environment since 2004.

Analýza novinářské nezávislosti v segmentu stavebních spořitelen v souvislosti s jejich výdaji na reklamu

Diplomová práce zkoumá potenciální závislost mezi články o stavebních spořitelnách publikovanými v médiích během června 2005 a května 2006 a mezi jejich reklamními výdaji do relevantních médií. V teoretické části je představen historický vývoj tří stěžejních témat diplomové práce ? žurnalistiky, reklamy a public relations. V dalších kapitolách jsou představeny stavební spořitelny na trhu, jejich komunikační strategie, reklamní výdaje a články o nich publikované. Analytická část obsahuje dvě samostatné analýzy. Obecná analýza zkoumá existenci/neexistenci závislosti mezi články publikovanými v médiích a reklamními výdaji spořitelen bez rozlišení jednotlivých médií. Výběrová analýza pak zkoumá existenci/neexistenci vztahů mezi sledovanými proměnnými v závislosti na typu médií, a dále pak v jednotlivých mediálních titulech.
