Bakalářské práce poskytuje ucelený přehled základních charakteristik produktu stavebního spoření. V druhé části je popsán trh stavebního spoření v ČR, jenž se vyznačuje velkým objemem zdrojů. Právě na problematiků zdrojů a s ní souvisejí stabilitu stavebních spořitelen je kladen největší důraz. Práce rovněž nabízí přehled aktuálně nabízených produktů stavebních spořitelen a dále různé modelové situace, které se zaměřují především na faktory ovlivňující výnos. Bachelor theis provides a comprehensive overview of the basic characteristics of the building savings product. The second part of this work is focused on the Czech building society market which is characterized by a big amount of sources. The biggest emphasis is put on source problems and the related stability of building societies. The work also provides a summary of a current offer of Czech building socities products and various model situations focusing on the factors affecting revenue.
