The work of a manager in public administration from the point of view of the IT generation

The bachelor thesis is focused on working with people in public administration from the point of view of the young generation of information technologies. The theoretical part of the thesis deals mainly with the functioning of public administration and construction law. And it also mentions the basics of teamwork, communication with people and their motivation. In the empirical part I specified research questions, which are looking for answers to two main topics of my work. What does working with young people look like from the point of view of public administration workers and how young people perceive work in the public sector. As a representative of this generation, I chose graduates of the field of Municipal Engineering. The empirical part of the work is examined by using questionnaire surveys and guided interviews, based on which predetermined research questions will be answered.
The possibilities of using coaching in the work of building and land offices

This bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to possibilities of using coaching in the work of building and land offices. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to find out what employees of these offices know about coaching and how they are satisfied with the state of leadership and management in their workplace. The result is to formulate conclusions and recommendations, which were compiled from the results of the questionnaire and structured interviews.
Analysis and Evaluation of the Placement of Buildings according to the Building Code in Brno-venkov

This thesis analyses and evaluates the placement of buildings according to the building code. The thesis has two parts: in the theoretical part, it describes the building code and basic concepts related to the placement of buildings, and analyses the forms of planning permission in detail. Since the issue of the placement of buildings is quite extensive, it is the thesis deals with the exceptions of buildings situation rules more in detail, namely with Decree No. 501/2006 Coll. The second, practical part, shows the procedure of proceedings these exceptions on three examples from Brno-venkov region. At the end of the thesis, goals and results of the work are evaluated.
Analysis and evaluation of the placement of buildings under the Building Act

This study analyzed and evaluate the locating structures according to the building Act. The theoretical part comprises the building Act, forms of the territorial decisions with their detailed structure, general requirements of plots use and zoning permit process. In the practical section, examples about the placing of building with subsequent evaluation are included. Objectives and the result of the work are summarized in the end of this dissertation.

The subject of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the placement of buildings under the Building Act in the microregion Litovelsko. The theoretical part will include individual division of the Construction Act, including zoning classification. In will be done analysis of specific examples and to the family house in the village Ješov, then there will be discussed at the appropriate location of the building plot in the village Hradečná and the last example is the location of the construction site in dilapidated buildings in the village Kovářov. Finally, the work will include evaluation of appropriate solutions to the location of buildings.
Some specific of the communication in construction engineering

This thesis deals with some specifics of communication in the construction industry. Specific area of thesis is a communicating with the building authorities in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is focused on defining characteristic of public administration, activities and building authorities. The thesis is also aimed on determination of communication concepts and principles of right form communication. There are basic types of requests, through which citizens communicate with the authorities. The practical part is a questionnaire survey of building offices throughout the Czech Republic. The research deals with communication between authorities and citizens. The result of the research is a proposal to improve communication and efficient work of building offices. Especially in the form of recommended changes in current Building Act, to improve the negative view of citizens to manage, search for objective information rather than misleading reports in the media or delegate representation to communicate with authorities by professionals.
Implementation of building from the perspective of public bodies

The aim of this thesis is implementation of building from the perpective of public bodies. The basic concepts, principles and practices of public bodies are definted in the theoretical section. In the practical part of these methodes are apllied to specific cases from practice and the buildings are residential houses in the municipality Hukvaldy.

Special powers of the building offices Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the special powers of the building offices. These can be understood as defined legal instruments with which are building offices equipped in order to protect public priority. The main goal of the thesis is to provide complex legal analysis and evaluation of the legal regulation of special powers of the building offices. The text of the thesis outlines general conception, characteristics and principles common to all of the special powers of the building offices, but also provides more detailed analysis of particular instruments that represent them. The author primarily relies on the legal regulation of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on town and country planning and building code (Building Act), however the comparison with its "successor", meaning Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, is not left out either. The thesis is divided into eight parts. The first part provides definitions of relevant concepts, subjects, authorities and institutes, the knowledge of which is necessary for a deeper understanding of the topic. Environmental protection within specific proceedings pursuant the Building Act

Environmental protection within specific proceedings pursuant the Building Act Unrestrained construction activity damages natural resources and diverse environmental components in irreversible or in difficult-to-repair ways, thereby further thwarting thriving or even surviving of the World population. In the Czech legal system, the regulatory measures of administrative bodies, along with the participation of the affected stakeholders, contribute to the environmental protection of the individual development project. This dissertation examines the methods, means, and tools of environmental protection within the framework of designated proceedings regulating the construction. Specifically, it analyzes the possibilities of implementing protective environmental measures within the construction-permitting procedures enshrined in the provisions of Sections 103 to 117 of the Building Act. Five construction-permitting regimes are examined separately: the building permit process; notification; public law contract; notification with certificate of the authorized inspector and projects requiring neither building permit nor notification.
