Production of the Folding meter lock
Václavek, Petr ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
The thesis proposes a concept of manufacturing the folding meter lock. The part is made from DC01+LC steel of 0,3 mm thickness. The series size is 100 000 pcs/year. A forming in a progressive combination tool combining shearing, bending and stamping was chosen for the production, based on the analysis of possible solutions. The tool, designed on the basis of literary research of used technologies, produces the part in eleven steps exerting maximal force of 38,5 kN. The production will take place on an eccentric press LEN 40 C. The market price of 3,38 Kč for one piece was established by the technical and economic evaluation.
Manufacturing of clasp
Polách, Libor ; Řiháček, Jan (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The project is focused on proposal of clasp technology production. The clasp is a part of central lock in parachute harness. The part is made of galvanized steel sheet metal, sheet metal thickness 3 mm. The part has a spatial shape with holes. Expected manufacture series is 25 000 per year. Bassed on literary studies and manufacture requirements on the clasp, the method of cutting combinated with stamping in combined tool was found the most optimal. The final shape of clasp will be done in three steps. The nobel steel 12 050, which performs required mechanical properties, was chosen as the main material for clasp manufacture. The manufacture will be made by eccentric press LEXN 100C. The expected price of the clasp is 9,7 CZK per piece with counting the procurement price of metallurgical semi-finished product and the tool.
Manufacturing of car company logo
Prouza, Tomáš ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The logo component will be produced in a series of 8000 pcs. It will be made from sheet metal 0.5 mm thick stainless steel 17 040. After evaluation of possible modes of production, chosen technology is stamping non rigid tools Guerin. As a medium is used POLYTAN. Literary study is focused on the analysis of this technology. Semi-finished product have circular shape with a diameter of 104.9 mm. Semi-finished product will be produced by use cutting waterjet from steel sheet of size 0.5x1250x2500 mm. Utilization of the steel sheet is 76.58%. The forming components are powered by hydraulic press ŽĎAS corp. Cth400 and a nominal force of 4 MN. This machine is in a manufacturing company available. On the basis of design calculations is chosen comply a tool for Guerin method. When you set a margin 30%, the total profit from the production is 24 096 CZK.
Design of follow cutting tool
Juříček, Václav ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
Presented bachelor’s thesis initially focuses on introduction to the cutting area, as one of the forming technologies. Further this thesis deals with basic methods of cutting metals. As the last and crucial point is a description of construction of follow cutting tool produced by company Brano in high-volume molding production. The molding is a part for storing clutch pedal which is designed for automotive industry.
Tools for the Deep Drawing Technology
Lukeštík, Tomáš ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
The project includes overview of technology of deep drawing and analysis of individual methods with including their utilization. In the first place, the project is about manufacturing and construction of tools for the deep drawing technology. It also includes description, relations and utilization of individual parts. It also mentions problematics of defects and lubrication.
Survey and Diagnostics of Masonry Construction
Bakešová, Martina ; Heřmánková, Věra (referee) ; Anton, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of my master’s thesis is to develop a brief overview of the historical development of brick, diagnosis methodologies of masonry structures and their application in the practical part for evaluation of structural survey masonry, carried out at the Faculty of Philosophy, Masaryk University in Brno.
Construction and Making of a Shear Tools
Dziuban, Jiří ; Slaný, Martin (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis describes the production technology of cutting progressive dies and their modifications, the high-speed press production of instruments connectors for automotive speeds of up to 1350 strokes per minute. Production of these connectors leads to specific problems with the complexity of shape and exact dimensions. This paper describes the problems and faults found in the production of these connectors, some of their causes, and presents design modifications to remove them. All proposed design modifications have been applied in practice and can be widely applied to various tools.
Influence of anchor stamping process on the function of pressure control valve
Koumar, František ; Jopek, Miroslav (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The project elaborated a possible simplification of the tool which is used for stamping of the anchor of pressure control valve (PCV). PCV is manufactured at Bosch Diesel s.r.o. Jihlava. The resulting change will reduce the cost of tool production. Current tool can be manufactured only in one company in order to achieve precise dimensions. Based on the comparison of internal stamping, it obtains the dispersion of depths for further tests. Optimal a force is obtained from these tests, followed by limit sample tests. The tests show that modified tool is not suitable for stamping on the force for anchors with limited hardness. It is necessary to use a more suitable variant. A more suitable variant is stamping on the track. With this method, there will be less effect of the hardness of the anchor. The test on stamping on the track will be performed in the second half of 2020 and, if successfully validated, will be introduced into the series.
Materials Used for Cutting Tools for Metal Machining
Tomek, Lukáš ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This thesis deals with cutting materials used for the production of inserts and tools for ma-chining. The aim of this thesis is to describe the various materials used in machining, their basic characteristics, composition and production. The work also includes a description of profiles of leading world producers of cutting tools. On the example of the designed shaft is made application of turning tools needed for its machining and short description of its production with a graphic demonstration. The final part is devoted to the evaluation of the turning in terms of used resources depending on the cost, productiontime and subsequent recycling of end-of-life instruments.
