The manufacture of cylindrical case by forming

Bachelor theses done within bachelor study of specialization in an Engineering technology submits a proposal of production technology of a headless bushing by shaping. A proposed production technology of graded bushing involves an operation of cut-out of semifinished material, draw of an extract with the flange and a curtailment of the flange. The draw is made on the basis of calculation in three operations with the help of holder. According to graphical documentation the extract gets the final shape in the last operation of draw. The purpose of bachelor theses is a design of technological processing and elaboration of drawing documentation of an implement for making the headless bushing.
Technology for bending thin-walled tube of cooper

Bachalor's thesis is concerned with issues of cutting and bending the thin-walled pipes which are produce from Cu-DHP material by EN12735-2. Thesis is also concerned with banding tool. There is designed banding tool for thin-walled copper pipes in the U form. Thesis contains calculations, drawing of banding tool and experiment with the tensile and bending tests of thin-walled pipes in the U form.

Forming Technology of Thin Sheets

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with technology of mechanical working of the sheetmetals by cutting for rotary and non-rotary single parts. The first part deal with common dissertation about surface mechanical working, mainly about cutting and meaning of cutting gap in accordance with final cutting. The second part deals with transfer of the new pieces of knowledge from foreign technical literature of surface mechanical working. In the last part there is done an aplication on the particular component.

In this work is a survey of conventional method of cutting of material used on common technological routine processed.Principle, used instruments, which are disposed and described in detail and example of used machines and its basic technical parameters are mentioned in each way of material division.In the end examples of aplications of these methods in production practise and summary of advantages and disadvantages of its use is mentioned.
The manufacturing of feed sheet metal component

The project made within the bachelor‘s program B2307 represents a proposal of the production technology of a cutting – a device made of steel plate 12020. On the basis of secondary literature dealing with the problematic topic of cutting technology a production of components in sequential device was designed. The sequential device is composed of normalized components and is resolved by using a universal easel. The cutting box is fixed to the compressing machine LEN 40 C (producer TOMA Industries, s.r.o.) with the nominal drawing force of 400 kN. The upper cutting edge and cutting form are made of tool steel class 19, heat-treated according to the drawing documentation.
New trends of material cutting

The thesis is focused on formation of a survey of modern methods of semi-product division in the area of forming technology. The first part of the thesis deals with material division conventional methods as cutting-off, clipping, refracting, cutting and sawing. These methods have already reached their utilization maximum. Their perfection is possible to be made e.g. by means of modern cutting materials. The next part is concentrated on material division special methods (oxygen cutting, laser, plasma and cutting by water jet) with presentation of their brief description. These methods have recorded the technology move ahead.
The manufacturing of sheet metal part by blanking technology

ŽÁK Ondřej: The manufacture of sheet metal part by blanking technology The project elaborated in frame of engineering studies branch 2307. The project elaborated in frame of bachelor studies in engineering technology field set up proposal technology of production of feed lame – a section from steel metal plate 11 320. Processual shearing was suggested on the basis of belles-lettres problem of blanking and calculation. Shearing use standardized component and is solved by form of usual rack close set on press LEN 25-C, with nominal ductile by force 250 kN. Blanking puch and blanking are made from 19 class alloyed instrumental steels, heat treated according to graphical documentation.

HONDL Jiří: Production of metal gasket by follow-on blanking die. Final term paper elaborated as part of undergraduate studies in Program B 2341 Machine Engineering, presents design of technology for blanket formation of cutouts/parts made of Al-Mg-Si alloy with cold-process die stamping. A study of literature dealing with the process of step-by-step formation and the relevant calculation, it was decided to opt for tool cutting. The cutting tool comprises standardized components consisting of a regular stand that is mounted onto an eccentric tilting press LEN 25 – C with nominal power of 250 kN. The trimming punches and blades are made of tool steel 19 436.8, thermally treated according to drawing documentation.
