The purpose of this bachelor thesis was to analyze application of information systems in property management and then design and implement such system. This Diploma thesis is focused on elaborating proposal for business plan for the company Get & Invest which consists the assembly model of management of investment real estate. Get & Invest is a young company focused on real estate and construction, financing. Among other things, for exapmle, provides legal services. In this thesis, I will deal with all aspects that are directly related to business plan. This is an analysis of the market, customers, suppliers and competitors. I also determine the price for rendered services. The objective of this thesis is to propose a comprehensive model of management of investment real estate. This model will include both the costs associated with the operation of these properties, as well as their economic evaluation in time.
Proposal for the Creation of a Regulatory Base for Company

For thesis company SCF Servis, s.r.o. was chosen which is located in Holasice near the city of Brno. Company occupies with construction and mainly with comprehensive property management. Thesis describes current regulatory base of company and make proposals for its improvement. The first part contains theoretical solutions. The second part deals with overall analysis of the company. In the third part there are suggestions for improvements of internal standards. Final section presents assessment overal benefits.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and implement an information system for the management of real estates. The system will allow keeping records of specific apartments or real estates (in the sense of a service book). The system records the overviews of investments and expenditures, the maintenance and service of appliances, planned and executed inspections, repair records of real estates and apartments or adding your own investments. The information system is designed as a web application using HTML5, CSS and AngularJS. The web application is then packaged for individual mobile platforms using Apache Cordova. The native application view is achieved by the use of Ionic framework. Apache Cordova provides the integration of application with the mobile system, making it possible to use the camera in the phone for repairs or register notifications that warn of the impending revision or scheduled maintenance.

Možnosti využití metod a nástrojů krizového managementu při správě nemovitosti

Na základě nových bezpečnostních a ekonomických souvislostí, které ovlivňují podnikatelské aktivity v České republice práce analyzuje stávající legislativu stimulující správu nemovitosti i systém krizového managementu ČR. Analyzuje a následně přizpůsobuje obecnou teorii krizového managementu k praktické části správy nemovitosti. Ukázuje na možnosti využití metod a nástrojů krizového managementu při správě nemovitosti. A nakonec analyzuje a na praktických příkladech dokumentuje jednotlivé hrozby, které vlastníkům nemovitosti hrozí a tím snižují efektivnost podnikání v této oblasti.
