Quality Management in the Field of Gastronomy

This diploma thesis is focused on evaluating quality of services in field of gastronomy in specific organisations in Brno city. Within this work there is analysis of present condition in organisations and in field of gastronomy also. For evaluating quality of services, based on this analysis, SERVQUAL method is chosen. After application of this method both recommendations and proposed specific systems of quality management for organisations are expressed.
Marketing Mix of the Selected Company

This diploma thesis focuses on the development of a proposal for changes to the current marketing mix of a selected company operating in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland market. The theoretical part elaborates the essential concepts and knowledge that are used in the second part of the thesis, where this knowledge is practically applied in various analyses. The last part of the thesis proposes changes in the marketing mix according to the results obtained from the second, analytical part of the thesis.
Consumers'awareness of the Fair Trade

The bachelor thesis focuses on the awareness of the Fairtrade among consumers. The theoretical part describes the definition, principles, brand standards, history and other important information related to the Fairtrade, including the consumer himself. In the bachelor thesis it was important to explain marketing research, which is applied in the practical part. With the help of a questionnaire, the second part of the bachelor's thesis processes the results obtained and evaluates four compiled hypotheses based on the information obtained. The questionnaire consisted of 12 questions with both mandatory and optional answers. At the end of the work, several recommendations are proposed on how to increase and improve the awareness of the Fairtrade among consumers.
Brand quality ŽIVOTNOST PLUS

The work analyses the attitude of the holders and representatives of the general pu- blic to this brand. It also deals with the overall problems of product life. The research is based on a questionnaire survey method. In conclusion, the strengths and weaknesses of the brand of the Quality Vitality plus are summarized and the basic recommendations are outlined.

This bachelor thesis is focused on buying behaviour of consumers and on sorting and recycling of PET bottles. The thesis proposes recommendations and measures, which system of recycling PET bottles is suitable for entities located in the Czech Republic. Recommendations and measures have been taken on the ba-sis of research to obtain the necessary data. Data collection was conducted in the form of in-depth interviews with a total of 50 respondents in the South Moravian Region.

The bachelor thesis analyzes the purchasing behavior of consumers depending on their lifestyle and related diet quality in terms of regional food. The first part is devoted to theoretical bases, which are related to this issue. It consists of interpretation of basic concepts, such as consumer, lifestyle and regional food. The second part focuses on marketing research survey in form of questionnaire. The aim here is to determine whether the population of the Czech Republic cares about healthy lifestyle and related diet quality in terms of regional food.
Consumers' preferences towards the supply of local producers in selected area

The bachelors thesis describes consumers preferences towards the supply of local producers in a selected area. The main aim of this work is to reveal consumer preferences, their views and opinions on a local production in the Pilsen region. The next aim is the clarification of how consumers perceive regional production and what is their attitude. For example what local products consumers buy the most, where and how often they buy these products and whether they prefer the quality of food before the price. To obtain the necessary information from consumers was used the questionnaire survey as the primary source of infomration which was created for the purposes of this work. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey were suggested recommended practises for the local producers and traders, how to increase awareness of local products and thereby increase the sales of these products.
Hanging Picture in Contemporary Visual Culture

The bachelor thesis' topic is the hanging picture in contemporary households with a special focus on the issue of pre-fabricated reproductions sold in hypermarkets such as Hornbach or Ikea. The hanging picture is put into the broader context of its historical development, also the transformation of its functions is discussed. One of the chapters focuses specifically on the topic of reproductions, the following one places the researched phenomenon into the context of works on mass culture and kitsch. The current research on pictures in households is presented, which is then followed by the description of my own empirical study. Its objective is to explore the individual differences in the motivations, preferences and importance of criteria influencing the decision making process in choosing pictures for households. But also to discover some more general patterns in the evaluation of pictures offered in Hornbach and Ikea by their potential customers. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
