Strategic development plan of the ABC Braník football

Title: Strategic development plan of the ABC Braník football Objectives: The main objective of the thesis is to draw up a strategic plan for the future development of the registered association ABC Braník football. Methods: Qualitative semi-structured interviews, document analysis, PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, EFE and IFE matrix and TOWS matrix. Results: From the interviews conducted with members of the management and the analysis of documents, the internal factors of ABC Braník were identified. Using PEST analysis, potential external influences on the organization under study were mapped. Subsequently, each section was rated by three respondents to determine the key factors for the final SWOT analysis. This analysis was further augmented with the TOWS matrix to provide a focus for strategic planning. In the final stage of the thesis, specific proposals and timelines were developed to address the specific target areas identified during the analysis. Volunteering as an allocation of human resources in sports organizations

Title: Volunteering as an allocation of human resources in sports organizations Objectives: The objective of the thesis is to recommend the most suitable Belbin roles for job positions in sports organizations based on knowledge from research and literature. Methods: The thesis uses qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative research will take place in the form of dialogue and subsequent discussion of the Focus Group with representatives of sports organizations. 9 respondents will participate in this group discussion. Quantitative research is conducted among volunteers in sports organizations through electronic surveys and the Click4Survey tool. The Belbin test is part of the questionnaire survey. The questionnaire survey includes a sample of 305 respondents. Results: The results of qualitative research show that the positions offered to volunteers include the positions of administrative worker, assistant, supervisor, organizer and coach. The results of quantitative research show that the most represented role in volunteers, according to Belbin's typology, is the role of the Implementer. Sports activities in senior age as part of a healthy age

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is sport and physical activities of seniors aged 60 to 74 living in the town of Tábor. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part it defines the concept of old age. It also focuses on the quality of seniors´ life, seniors´ sport and physical activities and the sport of seniors in the town of Tábor. The main part of this work consists of a practical part, which used a questionnaire to determine the physical status of seniors, their relationship to sports and information about organizations focused on sports for seniors. I believe that this work will serve to reflect and improve the active way of life of our senior fellow citizens.

Application of EU Law in International Sports Arbitration Karolína Paterová Abstract The aim of this thesis is to explore and analyse the possibilities for individual athletes of how to defend their rights with help of EU law. The premise of this thesis is the closed system of sports governing bodies and of further procedure at Court of Arbitration of Sports with the possibility to appeal to the Swiss Federal Tribunal is not always sufficient to protect rights of individual athletes. The author of this master's thesis first claims that if there is a decision in the international sports arbitration (decision of a sports governing body and then the one of CAS), an individual athletes should be able to seek the remedies through EU law. Secondly, two options of how to proceed in such case are provided. The author analyses each of them, especially by referring to the most significant judgements of the CJEU. The author also provides her opinion on both possible ways as well as on approach of sports governing bodies and of the Commission. The structure of this master's thesis is as follows. Title: Comparison of sport financing system from public budgets in Czechia in the years 2019 and 2021 Objectives: The main objective of the thesis is to compare the systems of financing sports from public budgets in the Czechia for the years 2019 and 2021 and to obtain the views of subsidy recipients on the current system. Methods: There are qualitative methods of data collection used in the thesis. First of them is a comparative analysis carried out in four areas. Legislative documents, methodology of applications, methodology of subsidy allocation and distribution of subsidies. The second method used is questioning. The chosen type of this method is a semi-structured interview. The respondents are two representatives of sports associations and four representatives of sports clubs. Results: The comparative analysis together with the conducted semi-structured interviews identify pros and cons of the sport financing systems in both years 2019 and 2021. The 2019 system has higher quality in the methodology of applications area, because applying was easier for sports organisations that year. Adolescents'leisure sport in Horoměřice municipality

Title: Sport in the Free Time of Adolescents in the Horoměřice Municipality Objectives:The main objective of the thesis is to identify how adolescents spend their free time, what are their sports interests and if the Horoměřice municipality offers enough possibilities for their sports activities and then based on the gathered data, propose adjustments for improvement of sports activities in the municipality. Methods: The qualitative method in the form of semi-structured interview and the quantitative method in the form of electronic survey is used in the thesis. The semi-structured interview was conducted with the first deputy major of the Horoměřice municipality who deals with the development of sport in the municipality. The electronic survey was filled in by pupils of the second grade of a local elementary school. Subsequently, the situation analysis using SWOT analysis was used to determine strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The suggestions for improvement of these conditions connected with sports activities of adolescents in the municipality were created on the basis of these methods. Role of civic organizations in the life of small municipalities

Title: The role of the civic organizations in the life of the small municipalities Objectives: The main objective is to evaluate the relationship between civil society organizations and representatives of public administration in terms of their common aspiration to build cohesion in the former Association of Municipalities Neveklovsko. Defunct micro-region is also subject to consideration of future similar institutions. Methods: This multi-case study is based on analysis of data collected in selected community association Neveklovsko. The project will also draw information from public printed materials. This project will be based on semi-structured interviews with the mayors of municipalities and chosen representatives of civic associations. Results: We found that all municipalities of examined micro-region realize the importance and interest groups in the villages. Municipalities are trying to make these voluntary organizations to promote and ensure better social life of the inhabitants. Recently, the municipalities of the former micro-region worked together again in the celebrations of the 70th anniversary of the eviction of Neveklovsko. Recreating of micro-region is not in a sight. Any municipalities do not agree with the financing and therefore they have no further interest in this integration....
