Title: The influence indicators explosive force on the acceleration abilities Objectives: The main aim of this work is to find out the degrese of relatedness indicators explosively force abilities with an acceleration and maximum velocity of soccer players of different ages. Another aim was to determine the degrese of correlation between the acceleration rate AR5 (5 m) and the maximum velocity of MR20 (20 m). Methods: To solve the problem was used the method of measurement. The first measurement was the measurement of the maximum and acceleration velocity by using photocells. Second measurement was explosively-force abilities at assisting Kistler plate. The data measurement by the photocells and Kistler plate I processed by using IBM SPSS Statistic 22. The data from the program IBM SPSS Statistic 22 were statistically processed by Cohen's d. Results: It was detected that indicators of explosively-force skills CMJ such as maximum height and maximum power have a high effect on the acceleration abilities for footballers aged 15-16. Furthermore, i was found that the greatest change indicators annual increases explosively-force capabilities occurs with SJ. Finally, it was found that the degree of connection between the AR5 and MR20 is low (r = 0.35). Keywords: football, fitness ability, speed, strength,...

Title: Evaluation and training of speed in strength and conditioning preparation of youth basketball players Aims: The aim of this thesis was to validate effectivity of the training program which goal was to improve speed abilities of youth basketball players under 14 year old category during their competitive period. In the same time, I tried to evaluate how changes in selected anthropometric characteristics, practice attendance, game involvement and a length of participation in organized sport and basketball preparation influenced selected speed and agility manifestation. Methods: This thesis uses experiment as its research method. Research sample including youth basketball players (n = 9; mean age 13.39 ± 0.22 years) completed six months long training intervention with elements for speed and general strength development. Players were tested before intervention, three months and six months after beginning of the intervention. Three performance tests were used: 20 m sprint, 15 m flying with 10 m run up and lane agility drill. Video recordings of 20 m sprint and 15 m flying tests were made to evaluate changes in technique of running. Changes and interrelationships of all measured parameters were evaluated in the six months period. Results of the research sample after the first three months of...

Bulínová, Michaela ; Gnad, Tomáš (advisor) ; Matošková, Petra (referee)
Title: Comparison of selected parameters when skiing and snowboarding. Objectives: The aim of this work is to compare pulse rate and functioning speed while skiing and snowboarding in the slalom track. Methods: Statistical indicators used to calculate BMI (body mass index), pulse rate measuring using the Polar brand sport tester, the stopwatches to time the functioning speed, statistical methods to calculate the arithmetic average. Results: According to the results the hypothesis H1 was confirmed, so the functioning speed while skiing will be shorter than while snowboarding in the slalom track. In second hypothesis H2, the fact that the volume of strain while snowboarding is higher than while skiing in the slalom track did not confirm. Key Words: skiing, snowboarding, pulse rate, speed, slalom track

Chuda, David ; Frýbort, Pavel (advisor) ; Kokštejn, Jakub (referee)
Title: The current state of fitness of footballers 1. FC Viktorie Přerov in the juniors age Objectives: Determine the current fitness of footballers in category U12 - U15 in 1. FC Viktorie Přerov club Methods: Indirect measurement method Results: The best results had footballers from U15 category as we assumed. The difference between U15 and U14 was often very small. On the contrary U13 footballers were behind U14 a lot. The worst results had the youngest category U12. Players from U15 and U14 drop behind in 30 metres sprint in the contrary of Brazil U15 cathegory. Average results of U15 in Přerov is 4,52 seconds. Average results of Brazil U15 is from 4,24 to 4,30 seconds. In other disciplines are results similar with the other studies. Keywords: Football, Yo - Yo test, standing long jump, 30 metres sprint, 25 metres sprint with ball, endurance, speed, strength, U12, U13, U14, U15, 1. FC Viktorie Přerov
