The bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of private nursery school as a limited liability company. The aim of this work is to create a business plan, which could be used as a basis for the real establishment of the company. It is therefore necessary to choose adequate methods for its processing. These will deal with the part of the Own Proposals solution, following the theoretical part, which will introduce the basic theoretical knowledge of the given issue.

Role of the state related to private institutions providing care for preschool children

The aim of this thesis is to determine conditions in which are private kindergartens in the Czech Republic founded and kept. What sorts of problem can meet founders of those institutions and how is nowadays situation judged by experts from different areas connected with the topic. A private kindergarten is an alternative to state one and in these days, where is high demand for place in kindergartens, this alternative is widely used. Information obtained from interviews revealed several problem situations. Founders of private kindergartens find the major problem in illogical legislation, mostly in area of hygiene demands. During questioning the author came across some differences in answers, which were connected with interpreting of laws and disunited attitude from state institutions. Interviews with experts revealed reasons for the different attitude when speaking about private kindergartens, which is caused by two factors. Firstly it is a mistake in Czech legislation, when current laws partly obstruct hygiene administration from controlling existing or newly established institutions for collective childcare. Management of kindergartens in private and public sector

This diploma thesis is focuses on management in private and public kindergarten. The aim of the thesis is find out specifics of management in two different preschool institutions. Diploma thesis is consisting of theoretical and practical parts. First part of theoretical thesis inform about public and private sector briefly. The main topic of theoretical part is describing different functions of management, which are important for the functioning of the school. It includes the areas of school management, school funding, but also personnel management. Furthermore, it is also focuses on the legislative conditions, curricular documents and qualifications of leaders in pre primary institutions include their rights, obligations and competences. The end of the theoretical part is describing cooperation with the founders and parents, which is one of the most important factors affecting the quality of kindergarten. Practical part of diploma thesis contains two case studies of two preschool institutions. These institutions are similar in their size, number of classes, capacity of children and number of employees, but they are different in their founders. Kindergarten teachers' attitude to educational practice

The goal of the bachelor's thesis is to map the approaches to educational work of private kindergartens´ teachers. The thesis has two parts. In the theoretical part the background concepts are summarized: early childhood education, private institutions providing child care for preschool children, kindergarten´s teacher. The empirical part describes the qualitative survey with five teachers working in private kindergartens. Survey was focused on finding the characteristics that reflect teachers´ approaches to educational work. I conducted in-depth interviews with teachers. The interviews were transcribed and processed by open coding. I identified the main characteristics: the number of children in the classroom, time of children's entrance to kindergarten, individual attitude, extra options, extra equipment.

Phonological abilities of children and their development in the private and public kindergarten

This Bachelor thesis is focusing on the phonological abilities of preschool children. These phonological abilities are important for practicing on reading skills. The main objective was to examine children and to describe the process and findings. Some possible measures for their further development are devised, too. The theoretical part of the thesis covers the development of the preschool child. Its focus are the perceptually motoric and cognitive functions in connection with the development of phonological abilities. Additionally, it also describes the difference between school maturity vs. readiness and competence. Furthermore, it covers communication skills, speech and it defines phonetics and phonology. Finally, the boundary conditions of education and the methods of work in the private and public kindergarten are mentioned. The practical part is based on the examination of preschool children. It describes the findings and attempts to compare children from private and public kindergartens. The thesis concludes with a few suggestions for activities in order to facilitate the further development of the abilities under research.
