STRAKOVÁ, Petra
This bachelor work is called {\clq}qAlcoholism by adolescents``. It describes how relation of teenagers to alcohol is influenced by society, family, their free time and peers. In a particular chapter of this work each factor is described. Alcoholism has been a social problem for many years. Alcohol is very dangerous chemical substance especially for adolescents, because the addiction makes up faster and infleunces their health more seriously than the health of the adults. After some drinks usual behaviour may be changed, the person can lose inhibition or starts talking more freely. On the other hand, he or she may become aggresive or depressed. In the worse situation a man may come to comatose or a man can even die. The studies have shown that teenagers who abuse alcohol {--} in comparison with some of their peers - have problems with memory, learning and other brain activities. However if the drinking continues auting young adulthood, the damage of brain may grow and become too dangerous. It can lead to the brain disorder. Alcohol is regarded being a tolerated soft drug in the Czech Republic. Therefore alcohol is available for adolescents. Teenagers can often find it at home. That´s why family enviroment connected with upbriginng can be one of the most important factors which influences consumation of alcohol by adolescents. Perception of the seniors by generation in age from 15 to 50 years
ABRMANOVÁ, Adéla
I have compiled a diploma thesis "Perceptions of senior citizens by the generation aged 15 to 50 years." I am going to introduce this thesis in brief. I consider this topic as very up-to-date, which the whole of our society is concerned about. And this will become more important with the continuing population aging and the changing financial situation of the state. Currently, there has been discussion about views and attitudes of young people, who consider the seniors to be a burden on the country's economy and society. Young people think that seniors live at their expense. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part in individual chapters the current situation and basic terms concerning the issue are introduced. The state of seniorhood is explained, the status of seniors in society and family in the past and today is described. The issues of aging and changes in human behavior after retirement are dealt with. Everything what may influence society´s perception is described. Intergenerational conflict and solidarity between individual generations are dealt with. In the practical part, I conducted a research survey in the generation 15-50 years of age, the aim of which was to identify the views of young people on seniors. The results of the questionnaire survey were assessed, processed and put into the practical part. My own results were compared and discussed with other authors. I selected two objectives of the thesis. The main objective of my thesis was to study and clearly process the given issue. The other objective was to determine real relationships between younger generations and seniors, the views, opinions and attitudes of younger generations to seniors and to old age in general and to process the results in order to get a survey accessible and well arranged for the use of the general public. To obtain the data, I used the questionnaire method. The thesis could serve as professional literature, the issue of the relationship between young and older generations is compiled comprehensively. This thesis could bring benefits to society as a whole. It should be read by all members of society, who may find in this manner a lot of new information and interesting views, based on which they could change their opinions and views about the senior generation. The thesis would contribute to the promotion of intergenerational solidarity, which, in my opinion, is present in society, but gradually begins to fade away.
Societal perception of children raised in infants´nursing homes and children´s homes
ŠEVČÍKOVÁ, Zuzana
My diploma thesis titled Societal perception of children raised in infants nursing homes and children homes is research focused. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part in its first chapter addresses infant institutes. The second chapter deals with children homes their categorization and covers the disadvantages of children{\crq}s homes. The following chapter is concentrated on the associations that provide help to the children from children's homes. Further, we mention the Instruction of the Ministry of Health for running of the infant institutes and children's homes for children under three years of age. Furthermore, attention is focused at groups of children that are placed in constitutional care, their characteristics and the arguments for their placing in the constitutional care. In the next part, the roles of representatives of children, inanition syndrome information, aims and purposes of the constitutional care, living conditions in these institutions and the volunteers providing help to children in such circumstances are mentioned. Next chapters discuss the existing care types of forsaken children and spare-family care system problems. Later, the constitutional care in the Czech Republic is compared to the Great Britain model. At the end of the theoretical part, we analyze the options of further dwelling and integration of the individuals. The target of this work was to determine the perception of the children from infant institutes and children{\crq}s homes by the society. In our hypotheses we anticipated that the society does not sufficient information regarding the children from infant institutes and the children's homes and that male and female opinion are different. We assumed in our other hypothesis that the society anticipates that these children are future delinquents and that the opinion of younger people were different from those of older people. We used a method of questionnaire to confirm or reject the determined hypotheses. The questionnaire consists of 19 questions. 120 questionnaires were distributed with a 100% return rate. Conclusion of the thesis comprises findings from both the theoretical and practical parts.

Daněk, Václav ; Žamberský, Martin (advisor) ; Bruckner, Tomáš (referee)
Main objective of this thesis is to analyze social networks as a means of advertising. Thesis takes down congruity of presentations of firms and companies but also individuals across the social networks. I devoted the greatest attention to networks Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Myspace as the most popular and the most important in Czech Republic. Other social networks I am comparing with Facebook as the most widespread worldwide. Sub-chapters are focused to analyze specific social networks -- especially those which are most used in present time. Thesis also analyzes appropriateness of using advertisement on particular social networks and its efficiency. Then I tried to determine the best social network to speak to potential customers. The future is the last topic of my thesis. I attempted to outline the direction of social networks, not only in the marketing perspective. Other points which I attempted to outline are fall of present network or rise of new networks. The antithesis to the future is short exposition about history of the most popular networks and their origin.

Possibility of implementation Fromm´s freedom on Hayek´s liberal order
Soukup, Michal ; Sigmund, Tomáš (advisor) ; Toman, Prokop (referee)
This work is strictly theoretical reasoning and comparation of the two important trains of thought, humanistic socialism and liberal competition, which conflict with each other in everyday events of the present world. I am trying in this work to consider arguments, which F.A. Hayek is using to defend his idea about functioning of a liberal order which according to him absolutely spontaneusly creates the best possible environment for an assertion and development of a free individual and these arguments i am trying to follow subsequently with humanistic thinking of Erich Fromm placing the emphasis on his different conception of the individual but also spontaneus freedom and to analyse if it is possible for such individual who is humanly oriented to find full exercise of his inner needs and at the same time to remain useful member just of such society which Hayek submit us. Aim of this work is consideration of every discovered contrast of these two conceptions and thinking about humanistic ideas if they are for the liberal order only past drowned in selfish competitive acting or if they are still actual or if they even have opportunity to fully develop in such order. Benefit of this work I see first of all in the analysis of though not quite sought after but extremely actual problem if free individual is able to spontaneusly create such social order over the time in which his individuality may fully develop or if he dies out in unconconsciously created all embracing conformability.
Privacy, individuality and reality: their losses in social networks
Ondroušek, Radek ; Rosický, Antonín (advisor) ; Pavlíček, Antonín (referee)
This thesis is focused on the current phenomenon, the social networks and their huge increase in the last years followed by the associated changes in their perception by the society and the development of the perception of privacy itself. The most important part of the work is dedicated to the pitfalls that the social networks and all communications bring through information technology. The thesis describes the currently most known networks that are used in the Czech Republic. A detailed investigation and analysis of the terms of use is focused on the probably nowadays most widespread and most used social network called Facebook. The following chapter shows a huge displacement in the basic settings and in the user's perception of privacy. This part also brings the recommended ways to setup. The last section presents the causes connected with the theme of this thesis and they are commented by author's point of view. The thesis ends by the summarizing of recommended measures and the overall conclusion of the theme.
