My bachelor project is a study of a multifunctional building of Faculty of Science Palacký University in Olomouc, Holice. This building will be a new space for feeding and spending the free time not only for academic community but also for public visiting the nearest neighborhoood for example Holice forest. The building is the main entrance to the premises of the faculty. In the first floor we can find café, cafeteria and library, we can visit the lectures in the auditorium in the second floor and last but not least we will find accommodation for summer school students, teachers and foreign visitors in the second and third floor. Surroundings and the shape of the building are designed to create a new public space for assembly which is now absent.

Far-right as the problem of Czech police since 1989

Thesis closely deals with two heavily discussed aspects of contemporary society, that are very strongly inter-connected. The first aspect of society is the problem of right-wing radicalism and extremism in Czech republic, which manifests itself by xenophobic and hateful behavior, which then disrupts public order and therefore is related to Police of Czech republic, whose job is to prevent the ruptures in order. Thesis deals with development of extremism and Police of Czech republic since 1989 and how the police reacts to this development by adequately improving its equipment, tactics, etc. The year 1989 has been set because it is the year when political regime changed and new rules in society were established. Organizational structure of the police itself is discussed in detail, considering their interventions at events organized by right-wing radicals and extremists, which nowadays most often take form of demonstrations and meetings. Freedom of assembly in the Czech Republic

The thesis addresses the legal regulation of the freedom of assembly in the Czech Republic, aiming to analyse the current version of the Assembly Act, point out certain problematic aspects and suggest improvements de lege ferenda, critically assess the relevant case law and provide a comparison with legal regulations in some other countries. Part Two analyses the meaning of the freedom of assembly and the term "assembly", summarising and assessing different opinions on what constitutes an assembly. It addresses the constitutional principle that no permission may be required for organising public assemblies and its implication for so called "accesory activities" during assemblies. Part Three examines the requirement to notify the council about planned assemblies. The time requirement prescribed by the Czech law is compared to the requirements in 30 other - mostly European - countries. The formal requirements of the notifications are analysed in detail. Part Four concerns the power of the council to prohibit an assembly in advance. A considerable part is devoted to the critical evaluation of the case law regarding prohibition of assemblies and the issue of large-scale false notifications, where both constitutionally conform interpretation and amendments of the law are suggested. Inventarizace zařízení na nakládání s odpady ve městě Prostějov

The Bachelor thesis "Inventories of waste management facilities in the town of Prostějov" describes legislation framework of the problems in the beginning, including the EU legislation. There are plants of A.S.A. TS Prostějov, s.r.o., collection centres of metal scrap, facilities for scrap vehicles ecological disposal, plants of mobile collection facilities, plants for waste separation and incineration plants of hazardous waste in the area of the town of Prostějov. The present state of facilities in MEGAWASTE -- EKOTERM, s.r.o. - incineration plant on the area of the town has been inventoried. The discussion and the final part have been devoted to the evaluation of present state, including some ideas to improvement.
