The contens of my dissertation deal with motivation, assessment and system of rewarding for employees in a choosed firm. The system of rewarding must be setted up to be understanable and fair for employees and so they could be motivated to a better achievement. The aim of this dissertation is in terms of theoretical knowledge that will be delimitated in the first part of this dissertation and consecutive analyse of present situation of a firm in the second part of my dissertation to propose such a system of rewarding that is going to contribute to bigger satisfaction and better job participation of employees and so to raise productivity of a firm.
Proposal for Changes to the System of Remuneration of Employees in the Selected Company

This bachelor thesis is focused on the system of rewardment of the employees in the choosen company. First part of the thesis deals with the explanation of the basic terms of rewardment in the company. In the next part is analyzed in more detail present statement using suitable methods. The final chapter of the thesis is focused on my proposed changes to the system of rewardment of employees.

The diploma thesis deals with the rewarding of employees in the selected company via employee benefits. The theoretical part is dedicated to the main terms which are needed in understanding the issue. The practical part is focused on the analysis and subsequent evaluation of the employee satisfaction with their benefits. The quantitative approach to primary data collection is used for the purpose of finding the satisfaction, research strategy is chosen in the form of the questionnaire survey. The last suggestion part includes measures that come from the results of the analysis.

The content of thesis is to analyze the process of evalution and development of employees in the organization. Education of employees is an important constituent part of efficiently functioning business. Theoretical part provides information about education, evaluation, care for employees and about performance management. Analytic part was focused on an organization in which the education of its employees is integral as it is very much influenced by the develpoment of technological process. Research, which was executed within the organization, is to reveal deficiencies that occur in process of evalution and education of employees in the organization. The last part was devoted to summary and suggests how to eliminate deficiencies.

My bachelor thesis is focused on the system of rewardment of the employees in the chosen company. First part of the thesis covers the explanation of the basic terms relating the theory of rewardment. In the next part, the current state of the matter is analyzed in detail by using several methods. The diploma thesis considers the system of remuneration of employees in a selected center with using the concept of total remuneration. The main and selection purpose of this thesis is puropose the development of a remuneration system in this company. The theoretical part of the thesis is solved via factual research. The analytical part examines the current remuneration system and the effects of the internal and external environment with respect to the current coronavirus crisis. Through a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, shortcomings in the current remuneration system were identified, from which proposals were derived for the development of an employee remuneration system and an economic assessment of the costs of the proposed changes.

First part deals with theory and explains concepts for understanding selected issues. The second part introduces the company and analyses its current situation with the help of a questionnaire survey and interviews. Based on the results of the analysis, at the end of the thesis there will be presented proposals and recommendations for improving the current situation.

The work is divided in two parts, the theoretical one and the practical one. The theoretical part is focused upon a theoretical foundation. In the practical part there is detailed analysis of the company and of its major competitors and there is also contained a research based on a questionnaire survey. The main part of the work consists of suggestions for improvement in the evaluating, rewarding and motivating of employees.
