The thesis is divided into three parts, with the first part addressing theoretical foundations for further proceedings, followed by an analytical section where both strategic and financial analyses of the company are conducted, serving as a basis for formulating the financial plan presented in the third part. Finally, this plan is evaluated, and further actions are recommended for the company.

Budget and Indebtedness of the City of Židlochovice

The diploma thesis deals with the budget and indebtedness of the city of Židlochovice. The first part contains theoretical starting points regarding the public sector and territorial self-governing units, describes their management, budgeting and indebtedness. The second part contains basic information about the city and the functioning of the city office. It deals with the management of the city, a detailed analysis of the income and expenditure side of the city budget for the year 2023, a description of the medium-term budget outlook drawn up for the period 2024-2028, and an analysis of the city's indebtedness for the period 2020-2023. In the third part, the possibilities of increasing incomes and the possibilities of reducing expenses are suggested, which should lead to a reduction of the city's total indebtedness.

Evaluation of the Economy of the County Court in Sumperk

The Bachelor thesis evaluates the management of the District Court in Šumperk in the ears 2011 to 2015. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis. The second part contains a detailed analysis of the revenue and expenditure structure of the budget, which is based on an overall assessment of management judgment. In the last part there are suggested partial measures to improve the economic situation of the court.

Taxation of the Non-Governmental Non-profit Organizations

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the taxation of non-governmental organizations, more precisely civil associations. The subject matter of this work is the tendency of optimalization of the tax base. Based on the findings (mainly from the Act No. 586/1992 Coll., The Income Tax) proposes the most suitable method of distribution of activities, the use of tax accepted expenses and use of tax advantages for non-profit organizations. The outcome of this work is proposal how the organization should use and apply these tools, to tax-optimize their tax base.
