Wetting Balance Method - Evaluation of PCB Material and Process Factors
Chloupek, Tomáš ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with issues of the wetting forces during soldering and evaluates material and procedural effects on the soldering process. The aim is to set the technology operations to get best quality of soldered joints.
Utilization of information systems for monitoring of small transport aircraft operational parameters
Parýzek, Tomáš ; Klement, Josef (referee) ; Třetina, Karel (advisor)
This diploma thesis covers with the utilization of information systems for monitoring of small transport aircraft operational parameters focusing on mathematical and economical methods. The thesis contains overview of methods usable in various types of aircraft operation. It also deals with creation of Cessna 208B aircraft`s schedule of work. Network graphs are used for analysis purposes. The diploma thesis also includes methodology of information obtainment and requirements determination of information systems for monitoring of small transport aircraft operational parameters.
Modern methods for Chip Attach
Nešpor, Dušan ; Novotný, Marek (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
The work deals with packaging and die attach issues. The general aim of this investigation is thermomechanical stress between package and substrate depending on different thermal and mechanical properties of used materials. Work contains modeling with program ANSYS and practical tests with testing packages. Determining a place in the solder with the maximal and the minimal stress values and determining of the stress distribution for all materials are the results of this research.
A Water Management Analysis of the Vlachovice Reservoir on the Vlára Watercourse
Rajsiglová, Veronika ; Marton, Daniel (referee) ; Menšík, Pavel (advisor)
The thesis focuses on a process of water management analysis of storage and protective function of the Vlachovice reservoir on the Vlára watercourse. The work contains an alternative proposal of the reservoir storage volume in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheet program with accessible functions whereby progression of arithmetic and logical algorithm simulating operation of reservoir storage function is created. An alternative proposal of protective volume of the reservoir is created in HYDROG program, where calculations of transformation of flood waves for PV 100, PV 1 000, and PV 10 000 are performed. Moreover, the work includes simplified analysis of the hydropower potential of the proposed reservoir.
Prediction of Warranty Costs
Vintr, Michal ; Chovanec,, Alexej (referee) ; Čorňák, Štefan (referee) ; Hlinka, Jiří (referee) ; Teš, Vasilij (advisor)
The thesis deals with warranty costs and their prediction when providing one-dimensional and two-dimensional warranties. This thesis focuses on the presentation of practically applied methods and procedures which enable suppliers and manufacturers to get the information necessary for rational decision making while providing warranties for complex products as early as in the initial stages of their life cycle. The thesis starts with a concise summary and evaluation of a present state of the issue. In the first part of the thesis the possibilities of warranty costs prediction for complex products are analyzed when using one-dimensional and namely two-dimensional quality warranties. In this part there is a detailed analysis of different possibilities when predicting systems and items reliability. Next, there is introduced the way of integrating warranty costs prediction into the FMEA/FMECA method. In the second part of the thesis there is specified the procedure for determining the moment of warranty period termination using two-dimensional warranty in case sufficient data from complaint procedure is not available. In the third part the time development of warranty costs and related measures are determined, and the way of prediction of their time development is suggested. The way of continuous monitoring, and evaluating warranty costs and related measures are also introduced in this part of the thesis.
