The subject of this thesis is the analysis and evaluation of the work environment ( job satisfaction ) in connection with motivation and stimulation in the selected company. The intention of the thesis is to analyze the company, to point out the importance of optimal motivation in connection with an appropriate working environment to identify potential weaknesses and propose solutions for efficient use of the human potential. In the theoretical level, based on studied professional literature, it defines the basic concepts and standards related to motivation and work environment. The following practical part presents the results of an analysis of the work environment in connection with motivation and stimulation in a specific organization based in the Czech Republic.
Influence of Relationships at a Workplace on Proffesional identity of a School Psychologist

Rigorous work Influence of Relationships at a Workplace on Professional Identity of a School Psychologist show the profession through his relationships at a workplace. Relational network of the professional is wide (headmaster of school, teachers, students, their parents, pedagogical-psychological counsel, other experts, other school psychologists, etc.), which was discussed more in the previous thesis. Our rigorous work is aimed at relationship with school management and teaching staff. The area of relationships closely relates to roles in which the school psychologist acts. The text of the work is divided into chapters and is based on selected available Czech and foreign literature. Next, there is a metodological part, which informs the reader about the way of collecting the data. The final part is dedicated to the results of analyzed interviews with the school psychologists. Our rigorous work is based on a thesis where "relationships" were one of the researched category. For the professional identity of a school psychologist relationships are essential factor. Undesirable relations in the cosmetic store workplace towards gay emploee: case study of potential discrimination

1 Abstract In my bachelors thesis, I deal with the relationship between women and gay men in the workplace, specifically in a beauty store. My research has stemmed from gender theories that is concerned with the ways in which gender and gender roles affect individuals' interpersonal relationships. These theories show that feminine women have positive attitudes towards feminine gay men, a minority group at risk of discrimination and prejudice. Thus, my goal was to determine the relationships and attitudes of feminine women towards feminine gay men in the workplace and elucidate whether the results of this study will confirm gender theories or show the ongoing vulnerability of homosexuals. My second goal was to compare the negative behavior towards this minority group with the legal norms of the Czech republic and see the extent of protection from such behavior. The research method involved a case study compiled by semi-structured interviews with six respondents, composed of five females and one gay male, who work in the beauty store. The interviews were then analyzed by coding. The results show that there is discriminatory behavior, prejudice, homophobia and other forms of bullying in the workplace towards gay men in the workplace.
