Quality assurance in series production

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of quality assurance in series production. The main objective of the thesis is to research suitable quality control tools and application of selected tools to actual production. The thesis describes the selected series production and the quality requirements for such a production. Furthermore, the quality indicators monitored in the company where the selected production is located are described. A research of quality tools and a classification of the tools used in the company in terms of their use was conducted. Finally, the paper concludes with analyses of real data from the production, which were conducted using Pareto diagram and histogram The main cause of internal scrap, which is the screwing process, has been identified from these analyses. Corrective actions and monitoring of the situation were recommended. As the screwing process is unstable on other production lines, it was decided to change the product and process design.

Villa Park Olomouc, technological stage of the substructure

The bachelor's thesis is processed on the basis of the project documentation provided, which addresses the construction of nine apartment buildings connected by an underground garage. The building is located in the new residential development VilaPark Tabulový Vrch, which represents a set of three-storey villas. The houses are based on pilots carried out by continuous spiral worm - CFA technology. The pilots are joined by a subterranean concrete structure made of water-based concrete, and above ground they form a monolithic structure combined with masonry. The roof is designed as a flat, non-errand. The cladding of the buildings is done by the contact cladding system ETICS. The work addresses the technological stage of the lower construction. A technical report is prepared, the construction situation with wider links of transport routes, technological regulations for earthworks and piloting by cfa method, the design of a machine assembly for the whole lower structure, control and test plans for earthworks and piloting and safety of work. The work also includes an acreage statement, an appropriations budget, a time plan for the construction and the organization of the construction for the lower construction with the construction site equipment and balance of resources.

Thesis resolves civil technological stage of the roofing of the administrative buildings and warehouse halls in the Grand River. It deals with the structure, roof insulation, nekrokevní, klempířskými and povlakovou-covering elements. The work contains technology rules, a statement of the Bill, the timetable, drawings and other technological documentation stage.

Implementation of the Roofing of the Stable for Cattle in Studenec

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of a construction technological project for the roofing of a cattle stable in Studenec. The work contains a technical report focusing on the installation of the roof structure, the construction situation with broader relations of transport routes, technological regulation for the roofing stage, item budget with area statement, site equipment design with technical report site equipment, time schedule, machine design. Furthermore, the work addresses the control and test plan, occupational safety. The last point of the thesis deals with the implementation of roofing of buildings with a larger span.

Technological stage of the rough construction of the residential building in Bratislava

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the processing of the structural work of tower structure. The construction is based on piles and foundation plate. The thesis presents the construction solutions from the perspective of construction technology. Part of the work is an accompanying and summary technical report, site drawing and site equipment, broader traffic route relations, timetable, itemized budget, work list with quantities, machine assembly, technological regulation for the monolithic construction – waterproof concrete construction, safety and protection at work, field research of cranes.
