The aim of this master´s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of the bike shop with residential units, which is situated on the edge of the village Drnovice on parcel No. 1398/2 and 1398/22. The building is located and designed in accordance with applicable spatial planning and regulatory conditions. The proposed building fits into the overall concept of the surrounding buildings in the locality. The proposed house is a detached house with a basement floor and two above-ground floors and a built-in attic in double-pitched and pent roof. In the basement floor there is a storage area and separate garages for parking cars owners of residential units. On the first above-ground floor is bike shop BIKEZONE.CZ. Then there is the barrier-free apartment for people with reduced mobility. In the second and third above-ground floor there are apartments designed for permanent housing.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of a house with one housing unit, situated on a sloping terrain in the cadastral area of Brno - Židenice. The building has one floor above ground, there is a cellar under a part of the house, and the space is opened towards the west. A shed roof has been chosen. The layout of the building is divided into three sectors: resting, working and relaxing, all contributing to the above standard quality of the house.

Project documentation addresses the single-family house. It is a terraced houses.The building has three floors. House is a no basement with flat roof and shed roof. The structural system consists of a vertical brick wall of ceramic bricks and reinforced concrete columns. Ceilings, beams and ceramic inserts. The roof is asingle casing. The construction is based on strip foundations and footings.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a design of a family house with business premises. A new building is situated in the village of Velký Ořechov on slightly flat terrain. The purpose of the business premises is the copy center with necessary annexes including. House has 2 floors and is adapted for housing 4 persons. The construction support system is bricked from ceramic blocks Porotherm. The ceiling constructions are designed like halfprefabricated Porotherm. The building is designed with shed roofs.

Detached House with Business Premises in Příbram

Bachelor thesis deals with the design of project documentation for a family house on the outskirts of the town Pribram. This house is designed for 4-5 people with close establishment, specifically Dietary counseling. The building has two floors and no basement. It is located on flat terrain and the plan shape is the letter L. The supporting structure of the building is designed from system Porotherm. Roofing of the house is solved in two shed roofs from wooden trusses with an inclination of 7 °. One part of the object is a garage for one car.

The subject of this Bachelor's thesis is a design of a residential house. The building is located in the city of Velká Bíteš on plot number 2539/115. The total area is 879,8 m2. This is a two-floors object, without cellar, located on slihty flat terrain, designed for 4 persons. The perimeter walls of the house are lined with clay block from the Porotherm company and they are based on the concrete foundation strips. The ceiling construction are made of Porotherm system of ceramic inlays Miako and beams the POT. The building is designed with shed roof. Roofing is designed of metal LINDAB Seamline grey color. The staircase is a double reinforced concrete. Boot part of the house have a garage for 1 cars.

Bachelor's thesis is developed on Low-floor timber house. It is processed in the form of design documentation containing all the elements in accordance with applicable regulations. It is a family house with two floors and it is design for 4-5 people. As a support system was chosen large format solid components made of cross laminated timber from Novatop. The house is covered with a three shed roofs. The house is insulated with fiberboard insolations.

Basic of this Diploma thesis is Civil construction in Kostelec nad Orlici, which is in a part of city, where is planning off-grid community housing. Part of off-grid community housing is considered a partially sistainable civil construction, serving both for cultural use through the club, for commercial purposes such as various salons (hairdresser, massage or shop), as well as for sports activities with the possibility of small refreshments, such as bouldering, climbing wall and exercise hall. Four sustainable (off-grid) familly houses, which aren´t the subject of this thesis, are considered. Object SO01 – Civil construction is designed as a partially basement, two floors. The shape of the object is designed as several blocks with different height levels. From a material point of view it is a wooden building from the system of large-format laminated wood panels (CLT). The basement is designed with a waterproof reinforced concrete so-called white tub and prefabricated ceiling panels SPIROLL. A facade is made of wooden cladding, cement-fiber boards or thin-layer silicone plaster. A roof of the object is partially flat (vegetation and walkable) and a shed roof with a slope of 5°. A dance hall and the rest of the club + exit is located in the basement. A sanitary facilities, a technical room and a main entry with reception is also located in the basement. Right in the middle of the building is a climbing wall that runs across all floors. To the right of the climbing wall is a shop, exercise hall and staircase. To the left side are a sanitary facilities, a boulder (low climbing wall) and separate staircase for a office space on the 2nd floor. Behind the climbing wall is a bistro with entry for a terrace and entry for the club. There are some establishments like a hairdresser, a cosmetic salon, a tattoo salon and a massage salon on the 2nd floor. There are an entrance to a terrace above the bistro and a staircase to an attic and to second terrace as well on the 2nd floo
