Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací rodinného domu na okraji města Příbram. Jedná se o rodinný dům navržen pro 4-5 osob s přiléhající provozovnou, konkrétně s dietologickou poradnou. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží a je nepodsklepený. Je umístěn na rovinatém terénu a jeho půdorysný tvar je do písmene L. Nosný systém objektu je navržen ze systému Porotherm. Zastřešení domu je řešeno dvěma pultovými střechami z dřevěných vazníků se sklonem 7°. Součástí objektu je garáž pro jeden osobní automobil. Bachelor thesis deals with the design of project documentation for a family house on the outskirts of the town Pribram. This house is designed for 4-5 people with close establishment, specifically Dietary counseling. The building has two floors and no basement. It is located on flat terrain and the plan shape is the letter L. The supporting structure of the building is designed from system Porotherm. Roofing of the house is solved in two shed roofs from wooden trusses with an inclination of 7 °. One part of the object is a garage for one car.
