Jarolímová, Eva ; Šulová, Lenka (advisor) ; Dragomirecká, Eva (referee) ; Jeřábek, Hynek (referee)
Due to its limiting effects on the independency of life, the Alzheimer's disease has a radical impact on a diseased person. Their dependency on others influences all their family members, though especially those ones, who are taking immediate part in the caregiving for their relatives. The new changes in the family caregivers' lifestyle have an extensive influence on their health and the care about the diseased itself. In this empirical study we intended to examine the presence and the intensity of a burden, an anxiety and a depression among the family caregivers, who are being provided with psychosocial and other professional help. It's a transverse survey among the 102 family caregivers caring for their relatives with diagnosed Alzheimer's disease or some other form of dementia. The caregivers were tested for the level of subjective burden by Zarit Burden Inventory (ZBI) and for the anxiety and the depression by Beck Depression Inventory (BDI II), Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) and Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), the results were processed with the statistical analysis and Pearson correlation coefficient. In the study sample there were 83 % of women and 62 % of the caregivers were older than 50 years. According to our findings 86 % of people caring for less than 2 years and 89 % of people caring...

It also describes the method of field work and its application to the target group of women in prostitution, general characteristics, and the specifics of sexually exploited persons. It deals in greater detail with the principles of field work with this socially stigmatized group. The work of OM ČR is introduced by recalling the biblical paradigms of missions, the deaconry and the pastorate, and the principles of the pursuit of social justice, the holistic approach to man, and the involvement of Christians in social work. These paradigms and principles are also used in the ministry of OM ČR, including during field work with the target group. The individual aspects of the work are described in detail.
Possibilities of cooperation with Psychosocial and intervention team Czech Republic at extraordinary event.
VAVEROVÁ, Petra
The main aim of this thesis is to analyze how the general public and registered churches are informed about the Psychosocial intervention team of the Czech Republic. In addition, the thesis focuses on the analysis of available sources of information about psychosocial intervention (aid) and crisis intervention in emergency situations. The churches were asked by using interviews with their representatives. These were mainly personal interviews, telephone communications, and e-mail correspondence. The awareness of the general public was identified by using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was based on the general information about the Psychosocial Intervention Team of the Czech Republic and emergency situations, in the second part of the questionnaire the questions were whether the respondents met with this team and in what case it was. This thesis is the first one that deals with the awareness about the Czech Psychosocial Intervention Team. It can therefore be used as a basis for further research on this topic. It has been found that the general public has some awareness of the Psychosocial Intervention Team, but it is at a very low level and only one of the 105 respondents has personally met with this team. As far as the churches are concerned, the awareness was higher, but only a few churches closely cooperate with this team. It should be noted that it would be desirable to deepen the awareness about this team by general public and to ensure better cooperation between this team and churches.
