Dissertation titled Coordination and Management of Dramatic Elements or Strategic and Project Management for Theater explores possibilities of the application and use of the theory of strategic planning and project management in theatrical practice. The thesis has a hierarchical structure and progresses from top to bottom, i.e. from strategic considerations at the level of top management towards their implementation through specific projects.

Význam behaviorálních kompetencí pro práci projektového manažera

This thesis is elaborated on the theme The importance of behavioural competencies for the work of project manager, which is done through a questionnaire survey on a sample of project managers. The first part is literature search, which includes information on selected issues. This information includes project management and its history, detailed specification of the concept of the project and related concepts. It is focused on the theoretical basis of different approaches to project management, differentiates standards and certification in project management and analyzes in detail the various elements of behavioral competences by IPMA. The practical part first introduces the most important organization for project managers in the Czech Republic, followed by analysis of the survey that a sample of project managers explored their level of behavioral competence and use in everyday project management.

Proposition of the Project for Implementation of the Coating Line

The bachelors thesis deals with the application of methods of network analysis on the real project in the company VÚHŽ a.s. The content of the project is the installation of technology PVD + PA CVD for nanocoating, which consists of the reconstruction of the existing facility and placing of the coating line. The work schedule is processed by the project, its source and risk analysis. The work contains suggestions for optimalization or improvements. The project is processed in Microsoft Project 2010.

This bachelor´s thesis contain project processing using tools a technics of project management. In this bachelor´s thesis is elaborated project to build a call center by Tomza s.r.o. company. The project contains processing of time analysis of project, source analysis of project, cost analysis of project, risk analysis of project. I worked out my own proposal solutions for each section of bachelor´s thesis. Project of build a call center is completely made in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
