A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

Master’s thesis is concentrated on the draft of a financial plan for a corporate Profibaustoffe CZ, s.r.o. The first part of final thesis defines objectives, methods and procedures, that are used within the Master’s thesis. In the second part is included theoretical knowledge, which are crucial for creation of analysis and financial plan. Subsequent third part is dedicated to the introduction of chosen company, strategic and financial analysis for the past five years. The final part of final thesis contains the draft of financial plan for years 2020-2023 both optimistic and pessimistic variants including final evaluation.

The thesis is focused on the draft of a financial plan for the engineering company PBS Turbo s.r.o. for the period 2020-2023. The first chapter of this thesis consists of theoretical aspects, which are necessary for making a financial plan. The following part is practical, dealing with the company's introduction and its strategic and financial analysis. Based on the results of the analyses, a financial plan in an optimistic and pessimistic variant is proposed in the final part, including their evaluation.

This master’s thesis is focused on a Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan for industrial company P-D Refractories CZ a.s. for years 2019 to 2022. First chapter of this master’s thesis is oriented in goals, methods and approaches of this thesis. Next part is aiming at theoretical solution for financial planning. Third chapter contains information about analyzed company, application of selected methods of strategic analysis and financial analysis including evaluation of the state of company and detection of potential deficiencies. Last chapter of this thesis is focused on suggestion, formation and evaluation of the financial plan for P-D Refractories CZ a.s. for next four years.

The first part focuses on the theoretical basis, followed by the analytical part, where the analyzed company is presented, the strategic financial analysis of the company is made on the basis of which a financial plan is proposed in two variants. Following is the evaluation of the plan and the draft recommendation.

Financial analysis of FAST ČR, a.s.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company FAST ČR, a.s. for the period of 2012 to 2015 together with a forecast of future development. The thesis is divided into three main sections. The first section contains an introduction to the financial analysis and defines the indicators and models used in the second section, which can also be called as a practical part. In this practical part the company is characterized firstly then the financial analysis itself is performed based on external information. In this sections the computed values are compared with the biggest competitor too. In the last part, the forecast of the future development of revenues is drawn up, it is derived from the market and used for planned income statement for the period from 2016 to 2018. Strategic and financial analysis of Penam, a.s.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of Penam, a. s. for the period from 2011 to 2015 with subsequent prognosis for the future. The thesis is divided into three parts which are methodological, practical and prognosis of the future development. The first part briefly describes the basic methods and techniques which are necessary for analysis. The second part includes the financial analysis itself, the results of which will be after compared with the competition, and the assessment of financial health or the company through bankruptcy and solvency models. The last part focuses on the strategic analysis and subsequent prognosis of sales.
