The results of each indicator were compared over time, specifically for the period 2016 to 2021. In the efficiency assessment, it was found that the company invests only 4 % in personal expenses. Based on this result, it was evaluated that employees have lower labour productivity because the growth rate is faster than labour productivity. For these reasons, the company was recommended to use some of the proposed measures, including the introduction of a premium rate, contribution to transportation to work, and implementing a cafeteria system. Financial statements of the company revealed that the enterprise achieves hight turnovers. Therefore, it was recommended for the company to invest in improving the wage system by utilizing at least one of the proposed measures.
