HABÁSKO Jakub: Production process optimization. The project elaborated in frame of the Master degree, study branch Metrology and Quality Assurance Testing. This Master´s thesis deals with optimization of process plan. In virtue of submission was created an analysis present condition using of statistical methods and it was created suitable statistical methods applicable in production organization. Then is here described the problem of brazing bells, because in this place is originating the most of uptightness. Then the thesis brings recommendation and findings, which can help with optimization this process.

First part of thesis contains general overview of austenitic steels and their division according to chemical composition. The second part includes production, which deals with secondary metallurgy. The third part deals with properties of austenitic steels, where is mentioned their use in practise. The aim is to develop research describing production, properties and composition of austenitic steels in view of their utilization.

The bachelor diploma thesis is focused on the constructional technology of the solar modules as well as on the problems of the induced degradation under the influence of the potential. It specifies the key issues and possible elements that influence the effect of environment with regard to possible causes of the origin of degeneration. The thesis includes the description of measuring of the polycrystalline and monocrystalline technologies that are resistant to the leading potential. Furthemore, the measuring was carried out on the chosen testing pieces that had been affected by the degradation of the output

Process performance planning

This thesis deals with the operational planning of production at DT – Výhybkárna a strojírna, a.s., specifically evaluating impacts of the passage of an exceptional order on manufacturing process. Aim is to analyze the current state of process management, to evaluate the impact of additional interventions into the processes and to quantify the costs associated with this intervention in the planned production. All with the minimum cost and maximum efficiency at a given quality. The goal is achieved by simulating of inserting an exceptional order in the enterprise information system.

Study of elektrode materials based on manganese dioxide

This work deals with the production and use of catalytic materials in fuel cells. The basic focus of work is the production of samples of catalytic materials based on manganese dioxide-enriched mixtures of different dopants. Samples subsequently made to measure, compare with other samples and determine whether the samples are enriched with dopants better than samples without dopant. According to information received, then determine whether they are suitable for use in fuel cells.

Mastic Asphalts

This bachelor‘s thesis aims to closely showcase the knowledge of mastic asphalt. The theoretical part describes history, consistency of the mixture, production process and technique of application including the newest trends. The practical part includes the assessment of bulk density altogether with the functional tests of stiffness modulus and the resistance to low temperatures for the sample of mastic asphalt with polymer modified asphalt.

Master thesis named „Creation of logistic concept in the selected company“ is focused on detailed analysis of material flow of waste in manufacturing company. The main objective of thesis is proposal of new logistic concept of handling with copper waste, which is created during the manufacturing processes, which function will be to remove defects in material flow, to shorten the handling time with copper waste and more accurate information flow, considering work safety, costs and time.
