Proces vzdelávania zamestnancov v strednom spracovateľskom podniku

This bachelor thesis concentrates on educating and training employees in medium-sized processing company. Its main aim is to create and evaluate educational programme for the company KSK Precise Motion a.s. with its economical efficiency. The first part of this thesis is dedicated to gathering the theoretical knowledge of elementary terminology, for instance: education in general, systematic educational training and its teaching phases. The second part aims for analysis of data collected by using quantitative methods answering enquiry, qualitative research in form of semi structured dialog and from internal documents. The obtained data are examined and compared with theoretical conclusions. Identification of specific attributes in individual phases of the educational process leads to improve the company's education process and motivates employees to self-education, contributes to increase efficiency on education process in company. Ideas and educational programme are economically evaluated in thesis conclusion.

Analysis of the use of ICT in educational process in primary schools

The thesis focused on instruments of ICT, their using in educational environment of primary schools and their influence on educational process. In theoretical part, the readers get to know the concept of information literacy, opinions and ICT attitudes in education field over the years. The implementation and using of ICT in Education may have been causes by many reasons and this thesis tries to describe their advantages and disadvantages. The other chapters in this part describe some other methods of education and modern didactic instruments and their own historical development. The end of the theoretical part belongs to possible development in future of modern technologies in whole educational process. The second part presents some selected research studies from different EU countries schools. The research examines the implementation of ICT in educational process and impact of modern technologies on education in general and - basically studying. This chapter deals with the outcomes of the studies and emphasize significant findings and recommandations. The empirical part begins with description of author's own research, its realization, goals, methodics and hypothesis. In main part, author analyzes using of modern technologies and their influence on educational process based on interviews and questionnairies. In the final part, author evaluates the hypothesis and summarize all findings and achievements. Goal of the thesis is to spread information and new point of view on issue which is dealing with whole process of implementation and using of modern technologies in educational process and analysis present influence of ICT on education in selected primary schools.

Education of employees in a selected company

This bachelor's work deals with the education of employees in a selected organization like one of the most important tasks in the field of human resources management. Effectiveness and success of the educational process is highly important for each organization. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse and describe the educational process in the selected organization. My bachelor's thesis includes two parts: a theoretical part and a practical one. The theoretical part will focus on the education and its basic forms and methods. Also in the theoretical part the process of education will be described in details. In the practical part is going to be the presentation of the selected organization and the analysis of the educational process there. Based on the obtained results, at the end of the practical part will be discussed the evaluation and recommendations about possible improvements of the whole education system in the organization.

Set of Problems connected with Employees' Education in a chosen Organization

The purpose of this thesis is the current education system in the company Termoplast Ltd. analysis, and propose posible solutions of identified deficiencies. The findings reported in the theoretical part and the subsequent application of these findings into practice subserve to achieve the goal of thesis. The practical part alalyze the education partly based on interviews with a responsible person, partly is the staff satisfaction with the current state of education in the company detected by the questionnaire. The intention is to maintain a comprehensive view on the subject.
