Kindergarten

The subject of this diploma thesis is design documentation of a kindergarten building. The structure is situated in Velká Bíteš on Lánice street in Žďár nad Sázavou district. The building consists of two above ground floors and partial basement. The second floor is only above the central part of the building. The first floor is divided into three sections. On the left and on the right side there are classrooms for children with capacity of 20 children. On both sides there are staff facilities. These two sides are connected to the rectangle in the middle, where there is a staircase that connects all the floors and the basement. In this part there is also a school canteen where the meals are going to be prepared, storage and staff facilities. The structure can accommodate up to 40 children aged 3-6. The building plot which is flat is situated among detached houses and buildings for public services. The external wall in basement is designed from concrete blocks covered with concrete. The external wall above the ground is designed from Porotherm clay blocks. The floor structure is designed from prestressed concrete floor slab Spiroll. The structure is roofed with a flat roof.
Detached house with the hairdressing saloon in Zdiby

The bachelor thesis deals with the project of a polyfunctional detached house with hairdressing salon in Zdiby. The detached house has three above-ground floors and a partial cellarage. There are two housing units in the building, along with the hairdresser’s facility on the ground floor. The facility part is separated from the residential part and it´s operation is provided by the residents. The entrance to the family house is from the north side of the building. The building has a shape composed of rectangular parts and is covered with a single-layer flat roof. Individual rooms are located in the building so that the living rooms are situated mostly to the South, ensuring that they are sufficiently sunny. The detached house is designed from a single masonry system. The vertical constructions are made of Porotherm ceramic pieces. The Spiroll ceiling panel is used for horizontal construction. During processing, emphasis was placed on layout solutions, architectural appearance, statics requirements and safety of use.

Main aim of this master’s thesis is to create a project documentation to conduct construction work on the new building of the kindergarten, which is located in Moravany near Brno. Intention of this work is to create functional dispositional solution for day-to-day operation. Kindergarten is designed for educating and raising up to 40 children. Space for hobby classes is part of the object. This object has two above-ground floors and has no cellar. The load bearing masonry is designed from sand-lime blocks and the whole object will have contact thermal insulation system. The roof is designed as warm flat roof. The floor structures form from prestressed ceiling panels. The staircase is designed as half-turn stair from reinforced concrete. This object is based on the foundation strips.
Apartment house Mája

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a new apartment building on the outskirts of Týniště nad Orlicí. It is a four-storey apartment building with a basement. There are 14 residential units in the building, to which there is a separate cellar designed in the basement. On the ground floor, two barrier-free apartments are designed for people with reduced mobility. The floor plan is designed from two rectangles arched into each other. The building is based on foundation strips at a non-freezing depth. The vertical load-bearing structures of the above-ground floors are made of ceramic blocks, the underground floor is lined with lost formwork. The vertical load-bearing structures are finished with a reinforced concrete wall wreath. The horizontal structures between the individual floors of the apartments are designed from prestressed spiroll panels. A monolithic ceiling slab is designed in the common corridor. The building is covered with a flat single-skin roof.

Subject of this bachelor thesis is construction of apartment house in town of Újezdec u Přerova. It’s an object with three floors above ground and partial basement. On every floor are located two apartment units, where on first floor are apartments adjusted for people with limited possibility of movement and orientation. In ototal there are 6 apartments designated for this apartment house. Every apartment has it’s own terrace. At underground floor is located technical space, basement cubicles and social room. Parking is secured on newly planned width parking lot. Object is designed with HELUZ sytem, main supporting walls in basement are from concrete bricks BTB and ceiling panels SPIROLL. Roof construction is made from flat, green rooftop.
Veterinary clinic

This diploma thesis deals with veterinary clinics in Prostejov. The building is secluded on almost flat land. The building has a simple rectangular shape, replicating the street, with a receding second floor. The building is brick, two-storey, basement, covered with a flat roof and green roof terrace. On the first floor are situated surgeries, surgeries, operating rooms, facilities for employees and utility room. On the second floor there is a pet shop, counseling, treatment plant dog, sanitary facilities for public office and facilities for temporary accommodation of employees, where it is possible to get to the green roof terrace. The building is insulated, partially with white plaster and partly with wooden facade panels. The building is in part intended for the general public designed wheelchair.
Detached house  with a shop in Moravské Budějovice

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a multi-storey, multifunctional, duplex house with a shop, located in Moravské Budějovice. The house is intended for housing two families of four. The operation of the shop have to be not provided by the residents. The main entrances to the building are oriented to the south and to the west. The house has an irregular floor plan and is covered by two mono-pitched roofs. Residential rooms are oriented to the southeast and to the west. The building is constructed of ceramic blocks, where the vertical load-bearing structure consists of Porotherm masonry and the horizontal structure consists of prestressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The project was developed through the educational version of the computer program ArchiCAD. This thesis was created with an emphasis on correct layout, architectural design, static requirements and the fulfillment of structural safety requirements.
Nursing home

The subject of my diploma thesis is an elaboration a design documentation for a newbuilding of a nursing home. The building will be located on the town part Brno - Bystrc. The building will serve to accommodate seniors and ensure their quality and dignity. The building is designed as a detached house with a oartial cellar and three floors. Part of the building are also garage spaces situated in 1S, accessible by both the elevator and the walkway. The mainentrance is in height level a ground floor. External loadbearing structures are made of ceramic. The ceiling structure is made of Spiroll boards due to a larger span between supports. The building is roofed with a flat roof. The staircase is reinforced concrete. When processing, it was given the emphasis on the layout design, architectonic and technical arrangements and on a safe usage of the building. The drawing documentation os processed in the AutoCAD programme.
Coworking center in Olomouc - Slavonín

The aim of this thesis is to assess the selected details from the structural and thermo-technical point of view in the design of a co-working centre building in the Olomouc-Slavonín city district. It is a building with one underground and two above-ground floors. In the basement there is a collective garage for 88 parking spaces, technical facilities. Above-ground floors of the building are divided into 3 blocks. In the western part - block A there are office premises with a cafe and sanitary facilities, in block B purely office premises with sanitary facilities and in block C a gym with sanitary facilities. PP and 1. NP are made of reinforced concrete skeleton, 2. NP is a wooden building made of solid wooden panels of crosslaminated timber. The façade of the building is designed as ventilated in the 1st floor and in part 2. NP. In the case of wooden panels, they are insulated with a contact insulation system. The work also includes the project documentation of the new new building and the technical equipment of the building. The project was implemented in ArchiCad. The project documentation was prepared in accordance with the applicable legal and technical regulations.
Special education centre

The aim of my master's project is to design a new building of a Special education centre with nearly zero energy consumption. The project consists of three main parts. The building is designed with a green flat roof with a load-bearing part formed by prestressed ceiling panels. The load-bearing wall masonry consists of ceramic blocks with stone wool insulation panels with longitudinal fibres. The building is divided into two main parts connected by a connecting entrance hall. First department is used mainly for therapy rooms and the other department for the offices of special pedagogical staff. The building also contains photovoltaic panels, air-handling units with heat recovery and a rainwater storage reservoir with the possibility of using rainwater for flushing. The next part of the master's project deals with the assessment of the life cycle of the structure (LCA), where the subject of assessment are various types of floor structures.
