The subject of this thesis is project management in a construction company. In a few chapters, the construction management process in a specific construction company is described and analyzed together with explanation of the main definitions of connected to this topic. Other chapters focus on describing a specific project and documentation of its preparation for successful realisation. as conclusion of this thesis a guideline for creating an offer for a tender was developed.

We can notforget the marketing approach of the company and its public promotion.

The thesis contents technical report on the construction technological project, construction site, time plans, project of the equipment site, draft of the mechanisms, control and testing plan, environmental plan, risks of safety and health at work and calculation for this construction.

Biological Signal Generator

This semestral thesis describes signal EKG, it’s origin, evaluation and device for his generation. After identification with standard course of EKG signal, was such as signal created in program language Matlab. It’s consisting of 10 sinus courses, where each of them has it’s own frequence, start phase and amplitude. Each of this part of EKG signal is beat frequence variant. Rates of it’s durations and sizes were fixed from medicin literature. Such as created program were rewritten to program language C and is basic of main program, which control signal processor. Finally was propoused preparation, which will be generated this signal. Outcome of this thesis is teoretic treatise about signal EKG, created program for generation of this course include part control and machine doing realization of biological courses.

Aminoclays - optimization of preparation and characterization

The objektive of this paper is to give an overview of synthetis, properities and application of magnesium phyllosilicate with 3-aminopropyl functional groups (aminoclay). The research in this paper focuses on preparing aminoclay, specifically to prove the prescribed procedure and its modifications. The structure of the final product was verified by X-ray analysis and scanning electron microscope. The main motivation is the synthesis of aminoclay opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry. Aminoclay would serve as an adsorbent that would ensure greater bioavailability of the drug.

Standardized procedure of the machine tool adjustment for change of the machined part type

The bachelor thesis at hand is dealing with standardized procedure of machine adjustment in process of machined rail type change in Bosch Diesel s.r.o. Jihlava. In the thesis, procedures of external adjustment of preparations that clamp workpieces into machining centers and overall procedure of machine adjustment are described. The elaborated standardized procedures are included in instruction manuals, which are used by workers of the company for machine adjustments. These “manuals” shall minimize occurrence of defective steps in the adjustment process and prevent their interchange. Mistakes based in incorrect procedure of the workers lead to prolongation of the time necessary for machine adjustment in process of change of machined type by up to hundreds of minutes per month. Bosch Diesel s.r.o. has adopted these instruction manuals and thanks to them shall save couple of tens of thousands euro per year.

Polymeric nanocomposites - preparation methods

Literature search of bachelor thesis was focused to methods of CaCO3 nanoparticles preparation, surface modification and PS/CaCO3 nanocomposites processing. Experimental part was based on two methods of PS/CaCO3 nanocomposites preparation: emulsion and bulk technique of styrene radical polymerization in presence of CaCO3 and by compounding CaCO3 with PS in Brabender mixer at 220 °C. Prepared samples were observed using electron microscope.

Hlavním cílem studie je představit způsob zapojení čtyř národních parlamentů do projednávání agendy Evropské unie a jejich participace na přípravách a realizaci předsednictví dotyčných zemí v Radě EU. Práce si také klade za cíl poukázat na možnosti zapojení národních parlamentů do rozhodovacích postupů Evropské unie a také na rostoucí možnosti parlamentní diplomacie a zapojování parlamentů do mezinárodněpolitických otázek. Pro naši studii jsme vybrali čtyři země, resp. národní parlamenty (Finsko, Itálie, Nizozemsko, Rakousko), které vykonávaly předsednictví v posledních letech (popř. se na předsednictví aktivně připravují - Finsko). S výjimkou Itálie se jedná o členské státy se srovnatelnou velikostí s ČR a zkušenosti jejich národních parlamentů poskytují vhodnou inspiraci pro zapojení českého parlamentu do předsednictví v Radě EU. Poslední část studie se věnuje současnému zapojení Parlamentu České republiky, s důrazem na Poslaneckou sněmovnu, do projednávání agendy Evropské unie a možnostem zapojení českého parlamentu do předsednictví ČR v EU.

Comparing milking equipment in parlor and in operation with milking robot

This bachelor thesis deals with the technice and technology used for obtaining of milk. The first theoretical part describes basic important operations during milking and summary of the techniques and technologies. The sekond part of the thesis contains comparing of electrical consumption in parlor and electrical consumption in milking robot.
