Research ensemble was constituted by 9 general practitioner from České Budějovice and Trhové Sviny. The data were sorted into particular categories for better lucidity. Research shows that hardly any of general practitioners know the service of emergency care, which means they provide this information on rare occasions and to hardly anyone. On the other hand they admit that there are just few sources of informations for seniors. As the most important contribution of emergency care is, according to the general practitioners, the encrease of security, feeling of safety and the independence of seniors.
