The system of remanuation in the public administration

The main role of the public administration are their employees. Their quality guarantee the quality of service given by them and their effectiveness is the source of the whole organization. The objective of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the system of remanuation and evaluation in the public administration. Within this objective is finding out, to what extent is existing system of remanuation based on the evaluation according to job performance and what way is used this evaluation during fixing of rate of the bonus. Following the objective of this work is also examined to what extent it is possible to apply the knowledge in the sphere of remanuation from private sector in conditions of public administration and what way is the theory of remanuation and evaluation of performance aplicated actually in the three bureaus of public administration.
Wage policy of Česká pošta

The bachelor's thesis is dedicated to analysis of system of remuneration of employees in the company Česká pošta, SE. The thesis is devided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is explained the core of remuneration of employees including explanation of relationship between remuneration of employees, work evaluation and evaluation of employees. In the practical part are summarised results of the analysis of changes in the system of remuneration of employees and suggestion of improvement of this system. Information on the issue is taken from internal corporate materials and from research that was carried out between leading managers od Česká pošta, SE. It was found out that according to the opinion of leading employees the current system of remuneration led to better behavior and higher work performance of subordinace employees. Although the current system of remuneration of employees is not seen so positive by employees, leading employees would welcome strickter changes.
Evaluation of Employees' Satisfaction in a chosen Organization

This thesis presented the theoretical basis of evaluation of employees. It continued with analysis of evaluation system in a selected company and summarised the opinions of employees through the questionnaire. This thesis tested the effectiveness of company's evaluation system. The analysis and the questionnaire showed that the evaluation system of a company was ineffective. Final deficiencies of the system were presented together with corrective actions.
Selected educational aspects of human resources management

The thesis describes and evaluates selected eduacational aspects of human resources management. It introduces some recent conceptions of specialization and evolution from personnel administration through personnel management to human resources management as the unity of emloyee development and utilization of their potential to achieve organization`s objectives according to their needs. It outlines the structure of human resources management (recruitment, performance management, evaluation {\dots}) and compares the aplication of principles of specialization in the work of a human resources manager and a line manager. Subsequently, several determinants of educational processes within human resource management are pointed out in connection with human factors (personality, health, human relations) and job performance (work, free time, work environment). Furthermore, educational dimension of human resources management is evaluated. In the final part Possible prognosis and future expectations are included. Namely, the worth of information for functioning of organizations and comparing the modern roles of technology with the role of humanity in the modern world.
Motivation system in a retail company

This bachelor thesis deals with an issue of motivation systems in retail. The paper is divided into two main chapters - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes what a motivation actually is and how it influences people. It also says with which instruments could be motivation of a worker influenced to achieve his better performance at work. Practical part shows factual example of a motivation system in Lenovo division for the Czech Republic.
Performance management in MobilKom, a.s.

The thesis includes theoretical knowledge in matters of performance management issues as one of the promising management approaches. The thesis seeks to capture a comprehensive view of job performance and its relationship to other business processes and systems. In the first part of the thesis there are described the principles of performance management concept, methods and trends in performance management, motivation, planning, performance assessment, remuneration and staff development in relation to job performance. The second part focuses on the analysis of performance management in MobilKom, a.s. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the performance management system in MobilKom, a. s. and formulation of proposals for its optimization.

This work deals with motivation of the employee topic towards their performance, outer influence on their performance and stability. The aim of the work is to obtain overview with regards to the employee satisfaction in W.A.G. mineralni paliva, a.s. based on research achieved. In the theoretical part terms of motivation, work motivation specifically, essential tools in human resources field within company itself are clarified. Practical part is focused on results based on semistructured intreviews.
Performance management and employee appraisal

The target of my thesis was to show that personal management is one of the very important activities of every successful company, including also performance management. The necessary part of this performance management is objective, fair and efficient appraising of performance and finding the ways how to ease off functionless parts of operation and how to reach improvement. Also assessment in concrete company declared that performance must be directed, pursued and appraised. Otherwise there is very small probability that human resources will be used at the most efficient way. In my thesis I described theoretical concept and modern trends in the area of performance management and on the base of them I put mind to the concrete company and its organization.
